Store often closed

I really like the products and coming here, however it has been the third time coming to the shop and it being closed due to all sorts of circumstances mentioned on the door. It’s quite annoying as ordering online isn’t the same without the advice in the shop itself, I had to switch to another shop because of this.

Hello Thuraya, thank you for your message. Sorry to hear about your experience. But as we have indicated on our social media and also on our store, the reason why we are closed more often this year is due to the birth of our twins. Because we are a small family business, we will of course have to put our own family and our health first.

We are fortunate and proud to have built such a strong customer base in the Netherlands and are grateful for everyone's understanding in this situation.

Once we are ready to open as usual again we will notify this through our storefront, website, social media and Google, just like before.

We hope for your understanding.

Ik vind oprecht dat ze je zo goed helpen, de tijd ook echt nemen om op basis van jouw huid een goeie skincare aan te bieden. Al is er een hype op tiktok, maar ze weten dat, dat niet goed voor je is dan zijn ze ook eerlijk

Fantastisch

De verkoopster weet alles over de producten in de winkel en kan precies aanbevelen wat goed is voor jouw huid. De producten zijn daarbij ook nog eens fantastisch. Mijn huid is zichtbaar verbeterd in een paar dagen!
