Was a little difficult to understand prescription vs non prescription options

I haven't received any contacts but I am super excited to get them. But ordering was easy.

My first time ordering a pair from these people. Delivery to Italy. The worst possible customer service! Why pay for delivery if 24 days later ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ARRIVED. BUT - they had the nerve to send me an email notification asking me 'how much I like their products'!!! Incredible!!! After I contacted them again and again they realized the order is somewhere and ...ups sorry..will get back to you.....LIKE WHEN????!

Categories are perfect just wish you had some better ink. And dark mode for the website.

SERIOUS WARNING : I tried a colored contact lenses that I bought from HANIX, and I ended up in the emergency room with SERIOUS CHEMICAL BURNS to both my of eyes. The doctor told me the burn was probably caused by excessive chlorine used to manufacture the lenses.

HANIX is a very dishonest company. Even though they have a location in California, if you try to return unopened lenses they give you an address in China for the return. This is clearly to discourage your return.

Be very careful with your eyes, they are precious and HANIX don’t care about your safety. They are reckless.

I am very dissatisfied with HANIX and I would not recommend even my worse enemies to do business with HANIX.

I apologize, as it was my mistake for providing the wrong address. However, they also didn't tell me that you would reship my order or refund my money, so you practically didn't resolve my problem.

The prices are good. The shipping times are faster than most. The colors show how each contact looks on different colored eyes

Easy to order prescription lenses for different powers in each eye. This is my 2nd order and I can see better with these lenses than I can with the lenses from my eye doctor.

Amazing quality! Super comfortable, came with extra goodies such as a contact case, contact applicator, and contact tweezers. I always get compliments when I go out. I've even had some people ask where I got them from haha. I really loved the design too, don't look do fake even when they're purple LOL. Ive already ordered a second pair but in a different color. Definitely have turned a loyal customer now, and will be ordering from only here
