Runners order

Ordered up the v6 runners by hettich and they arrived within a couple od days, well packaged so no breakages, all good.

Beautiful draw knobs

My order of kitchen door and draw knobs was delivered as stated. They have set off my new kitchen units. I'm very pleased with both service and the items.

Handle Delivery

It took longer than expected to arrive via the Post Office but I was very pleased with the delivery which was ordered over the weekend and delivered on Wednesday. I was able to insert the new flexible handle in 20 minutes and it works well.

New Door Handle…

From the ordering process to collection, I received a very good service. Easy and efficient from start to finish. My new, brass door handle is excellent quality too -they have excellent suppliers.

We have looked into your order and can see that a 76mm tubular latch was sent out as per your order online. We also cannot find any audit trail of an email or call log. We have tried to reach out via phone call twice and email too.
