I would give zero stars as the product I ordered was unavailable and a substitute was sent without asking or telling me, it was the wrong size too and too small for the cupboards, my kitchen fitter was here to do the job and has had to use infills which doesn't look as nice as I had hoped. Before ordering anything check they are going to send the size as advertised online

I "successfully" ordered an item, with "fixings supplied" and in a particular finish. There was nothing to suggest that my chosen item might not be in stock and delivery was shown as "2-3 days". About a week later, someone from the company called me, advising that the item in my chosen finish was no longer available and offered some alternatives. I accepted an alternative and again waited, confident that they were now dealing with my order. However, my confidence was misplaced. About a week after that, another person from the company called me, oblivious to the previous call and again advised me that my originally chosen item was no longer available. I expressed my displeasure at the lack of communication and undue delay. I was assured that my alternative item would be despatched forthwith. It finally arrived about four days later but without the necessary fixing. Though I might have complained to the company, it was a comparatively small item and I just couldn't be bothered to waste any more of my time or effort on them. Even if I were to complain, they clearly do not talk to each other. I went and purchased my item, with fixings elsewhere. As I write this review, I note that my "no longer available" item is still being advertised on their web site.

Ordered and paid for 23 handles then received a call a few days later to say they were not in stock, they had no idea when they would be available and would contact me when they were. I asked for a refund but was told that a link to a good alternative product would be emailed. The "alternative" product was more than 3 times the price of those I had ordered so I requested a refund and bought elsewhere. Most online sellers update their website to make it clear if an item is not in stock. Handles4Doors apparently do not do this and take your payment regardless of whether the item is available. You then have to chase to get your own money back.
