Hallowood Furniture Arvostelua

Good selection of well crafted furniture. Had a few delivery issues but Megan in customer services was extremely helpful and always kept me up to date. Furniture arrived safely.

Easy to order and swift delivery. All good.

Edit 18/3
The couriers was supposed to come Friday but turned up on Monday instead, that's why no one was available to give them the packages.
Customer service assured me that APC would collect today. We arranged a safe place for them to be collected from, via your customer service department and their contact at APC. Received an email last night confirming APC collecting today.
Now at 7pm, the stuff has still not been collected. This is beyond a joke now. Abysmal service and you still have our money for damaged and unwanted goods.

Update on review of 12/3/25 as unable to edit.

Waited all day for APC courier to come and collect these faulty goods. No collection and no update. No refund yet either.
Tried to call Hallowood's customer service on their email- doesn't connect. Find two phone numbers on their website for "contact us" but both do not connect and are just "the number you have called has not been recognised." Try the one attached to this actual site, it is not recognised! I'm beginning to think this might be a scam company.
Next option is to raise a chargeback. Will never use this company again and looking to make complaint to B&Q who stocked the items on their website.

Beautiful furniture and lovely looking wood. A real pleasure to deal with and delivery service was prompt, well-communicated and polite!

Well made piece of furniture. Looks very nice in my living room. Well packaged. Quick delivery.

the furniture was easy to assemble. It was light weight which i wanted and looked good.

I ordered my hallway console table on a Wednesday and it got delivered two days later. Very good customer service and I'm very pleased with my new piece of furniture.

Quick & efficient service & delivery.
Cupboard as advertised so very pleased with it

Good product and efficient delivery.

Thank you.

It's very orange. I've had quite a lot of furniture from you over the years. It's not great but it'll have to do.

Was a bit dubious about the small extendable table that I bought.
Reason being that it was
a. Really great price.
b. Had to put it together.
c. Not actually made of solid wood.
How wrong I was. The table is really solid and there was everything I needed to put it together (excellent quality control maintained during the manufacturing process).
The company supplied detailed information about the delivery and my options if I wasn’t happy with it.
The couriers that they used were really helpful, they gave me a day and a time window and even called me when they were 1/2 hr away.

I had ordered a Hereford tv unit through Amazon and it arrived smashed unprotected and put back in the box the wrong way round. Amazon quickly refunded me the money as they couldn't replace it. I went on Hallowoods website and found that it hadn't been discontinued and was able to order another one from them direct to go with the other Hereford units I have got. It fits in the room beautifully.

Cupboard ordered and delivered within 72 hours
Service outstanding from start to finish

Great service, good quality product.

Good communication, helpful and quick delivery. The item I bought unfortunately wasn’t quite what I wanted, but the customer service team made the returns process very easy.

Great service and price and quick delivery

Good quality furniture and arrived on time

Good communication. Friendly and helpful delivery drivers. Extremely well packaged products.

I've bought one small table for my bedroom, and now a nest of tables for my living room from Hallowood. Really good quality furniture, simply designed, just what I needed. I bought direct, the tables arrived quicker than I'd expected!

(I must have a look to see if they've got a sustainability policy)
