Same old hallmark.. stopped using them a couple of years ago because they always overrun on the delivery date.. and guess what they’re back to letting me down again .. don’t get in contact.. having to constantly contact them .. won’t be using them again..

Draughty Hallmark composite front door.
I have had an expensive Hallmark composite front door fitted by a reputable company as Hallmark only supply their goods. The door is lovely and fitted correctly and Hallmark claim that their products are thermal efficient and my door is NOT. Draughts come through the keeps/latches and the centres lock.
Hallmark now say that it is expected to have some draught. This is outrageous and they have no solution to this problem. DO NOT buy their products as they are not fit for purpose.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear you’re experiencing draughts — that’s certainly not the experience we want anyone to have with a Hallmark door.
Our composite doors are thoroughly tested for thermal performance, so when draughts appear around the keeps, latches or centre lock, it’s usually related to fine adjustments rather than a product fault.
If your installer can get in touch with us directly, we’ll work with them to identify the correct installation adjustments required.
