I am sad that you chose to write such a negative review despite knowing how our conversation went.

You ordered your wig on the 23rd Aug, it arrived on the 9th September. We spoke a few days before this, I informed you that you left it last minute, and to order it asap if you wanted it before the 10th (the date you wanted it by). You were aware of this, I got the wig to you within 11 working days. I went out of my way to fast track the service without the fee. Our usual time frame is 14 working days, up to 21 during busy periods.

You sent me a photo of you wearing the wig, you had cut half the lace. From looking at the photo I immediately said you cut the lace too far back. You then said that the lace was this far back. But I knew this was not possible because the wig comes with excess lace, that you had to cut yourself, which I could see was done wrong.

I asked you 3 times to see the other side that you had not cut yet. You eventually showed me, to which it was obvious to me that you made an error. As the other side was inline with the edge of the wig cap, and not behind it.

You asked if i could do anything about it, i said you can ship it back to me and i can have a look, and once the wig is with me i can go from there. I was being accommodating despite me knowing from the first photo that you cut half an inch of hair off the lace.
Nonetheless I still was going to try to rectify your issue, as I did not want you unhappy with your purchase. After this you made me aware of other concerns such as the bleached knots, not being to your preference.

You were happy to ship the wig in, and we had a positive interaction. There was no back and forth, I had to repeat the policy a few times, in different ways but this was due to you asking "what happens if it is lost", or saying "morally I should give a refund/ partial refund".

You shipped the wig, I went to collect it from the PO box on 2 occasions and it was not there, I discussed this with you. You made me aware you shipped it SECOND CLASS (not the shipping method recommended). By this point It had been 10 days, you contacted royal mail and they told you it was missing, i explained to you our policy which can be found on shipping and returns. Highlighting that we are not liable for lost packages and that we use (Next day special delivery method which covers the value of the goods).

I suggested that we can continue to wait for the wig, and not panic as it could still show up as it had not been 30 days.

You said Royal Mail informed you, you would only get £20 for your lost parcel. You then suggested I give you a full or partial refund for the wig despite me not having the wig in my possession. You mentioned my morals, I explained that morally I did the correct thing, by willing to retrieve the wig and fix any concerns you had. I also said that I understand you feeling anxiety with it missing, but let's give it some more time.

Unfortunately, I am not liable, because you shipped it using the most untracked method (second class). Once you realised that the onus was on you due to the shipping method you chose, you did not respond and then left this review.

To be clear, Your statement about the hair being synthetic, is untrue as We take pride in the fact that we only use 100% human hair. We have over 300 positive reviews on our instagram stories. Despite how negative this review is, I am sorry that it went missing and I hope it turns up as it has still not been 30 days. Our aim is to always deliver a positive experience and a quality product.

your behaviour is worsening. 30/03/2025 HI felly, you have changed your review multiple times the latest (11th march 2025), over the span of 1 year. first made january 2024. You've been stalking and liking all negative reviews frequently.

You have also changed the value of your goods from your initial review. as well as updating your review multiple times. I have a screenshot of your initial review, and all reviews since (changes). which again show you are being dishonest. you also claim you've never wore the wig.

You made another fake review in July last year and i contacted you and solicitors and let you know what you were doing was defaming, as well as stalking and threats. I thought it was best to not respond to your review as i did not want to trigger the behaviours that have grown to be concerning. However a year later and you have not stopped.

Please let me remind you that fabricating the truth, as well as your previous behaviour. is now a becoming a real concern, as your behaviour is obsessive. With all respect It's been over a year i think its time to stop.

Below, is my response to your other fake trust pilot account, which you deleted due to my response (below);

Hi YummyMummy_sales Mum (Miss F), You are the only person who has ever asked me about my reviews being real, I know its you. Also you have written a similar review to your last one back in the beginning of the year in January under the name ‘Felly’.

You already made a negative review and have now written another, claiming you ordered on July 6TH 2024, this is not true and defamatory. You have also liked this feedback from your ‘felly’ trust pilot account’, You stalking the reviews and liking the negative ones.

Again you mention a filter like in your last review, this is untrue. Any videos of the wigs on mannequins have no filters used at all, as well as on the website. All the reviews are genuine.

I pride myself on customer service, and have not been rude to you or entitled as you have tried to imply.

You never once complained about your purchase that was made on JAN 4TH, until 5 months later 19th MAY 2024, where you claimed the wig in in a box and unworn and unused, i tried to ask you what the issue is, to which you ranked everything at 0, from colour, to sizing, to quality. I made it clear that i would have been able to help with any concerns if you let me know sooner.

To which you stated " I am not looking for a refund i am not poor". You also said "now you have physical shop one day we will meet" you also said "A formerly faceless & locationless business" To which i asked you i this was a threat, You have tried to threatened/ intimidate and harass me on multiple occasions in our direct msg.

You then messaged over a months later AGAIN on the 28TH JUNE 2024 asking about my reviews on Trust pilot, stating “who are these people reviewing?, Do they exsist? Or are you reviewing yourself?

At this point i decided to no longer communicated with you again as your behaviour/ stalking has become a concern with regards to the direct messages on instagram as well as your multiple reviews and following the reviews.
To clarify, We have over 300 positive reviews on our instagram highlights, our reviews and customer selfies are authentic feedback, as well as the reviews left here, EXCEPT FOR THIS ONE.

I saw from your other trust pilot (felly account, you caused another small business owner mental distress from your behaviour as she stated  “just endless rambling messages”.

You were asked by trust pilot to provide me with your order number, you have not because this is not a genuine review. Please note, your messages and reviews, harassment and threats continue I will be forced to take the issue further. I recommend removing this false review as just further verifies my point of your behaviour.
