Hadleigh Est Agents Arvostelua 2

I wiuld give them 0 stars if I could! This is my third issue with these guys. I have autism, which one of their colleagues informed me she had documented on their system about 2 months ago. Hadleigh breakdown were supposed to arrange recovery for me yesterday however there were a number of mistakes made and the vehicle was recovered to the wrong location along with a number of other small issues. As wiuld be expected, they should have just apologised for their small mistake but instead they have lied to me. They implied they would ring my garage to explain the mishap however at 8.05 this morning my garage rang me, and at 10.20am I arrived to ask if Hadliegh Breakdown had been in contact only to be informed no they had not. This was not what Hadleigh Breakdown had told me, so they lied. Then, they informed me that the delivery address being wrong was due to the error on the recovery company whom delivered my vehicle however after speaking to the owner of the company, he explained to me no, Hadleigh Breakdown had given the wrong address to the driver. Again, they could have apologised for their mistake but they lied. I am now going down the formal complaint process for the whole company and Tanya especially who hung up on me after being informed that she had been caught out on her lies. (She promised me yesterday and this morning when she rung me at 7.30 that she would call the garage.) I now have documented evidence of all their wrongdoings and shall be taking this further. On top, I just was informed by a different member of staff that they do not have my disability listed on their system. Which implies that they either consistently lie/don't care about their clients or do not take disabilities seriously. I also generally inform them in the first sentence that I have autism however I do expect a company to take disabilities seriously and if they have offered to put my disability on record, I expect this to be what they do. All in all, do not rely on these guys at all! They actively give you false information, take no accountability for their mistakes and apparently are not mature enough to acknowledge when they have made errors.

Hadleigh recently completed the sale of my property in Harborne. I had previously lost three sales with another Estate Agents and was very stressed and disappointed with the service I received. Moving to Hadleigh Estate Agents was the best decision for me. I felt very safe in their hands. The staff are relaxed, friendly and super efficient. I really feel they did their very best for me and made the whole process as stress free as possible. Thanks so much to all of the staff, your hard work is really appreciated and I am finally in my new home. Bliss!👍😊
