I take issue with them taking over Haband and doubling all the prices. I purchased from Haband for years and I know what they charged. Quality clothes to for their reasonable prices. Excellent customer service too. Now Blair sells cheap made clothes for too much. I have to look for another place to buy from now.

Ordered stuff , got charged, and was told by post office that haband which is part of blaire , created shipping label and never mailed it out, was told by haband that I was going to get a refund never got it, talked to woman today and she says my refund was cancelled but I'm still getting it, give it another week, been lied to a few times,

I have purchased clothing from Haband. They used to be worth the price (affordability). The 'Hidden Elastic' jeans are noticeably thinner material & the hidden elastic does not work well. The 'snap-tastic' flannel shirts 'unsnap' during wear. Secondly, unlike almost all other online sellers these days, Haband makes you pay for returns regardless of whose at fault. Plus, they don't answer emails ever, forcing you to call "customer service" and speak to a person in another country who usually reads answers off a cheat sheet. (Robots).

I get a lot of quality for the money. When I need something I always look at what they have to offer in my size.

Cheap basics and you don't have to buy a lot to get free shipping. That being said, it takes more than two weeks to receive your items. If you need to change anything about your order, good luck. Despite calling within three hours after I placed an order, no changes were made.

Blair is one of the worst companies you could order from. I did not get the items I ordered, but was told they had been shipped. I wrote a check in March for the items. I have been asking for my refund of $75.76 since April. This is July and still l have not received a refund. Custom service reps lie to me whenever I call.

I got the heather blue and grey pants with drawstring elastic waist. Perfect for golf! Light , cool, perfect fit. Two front pockets one rear pocket. I am all in on these!

Worse customer service ever. I had 2 times being cheated out of money n merchandise. Sent back a $59.00 Xmas tree that fiber optic didn’t work so sent it back. They couldn’t find it so out of money n tree. Now this time I ordered a leather black purse. It was very disgusting quality n zipper didn’t work. Asked for return label n told I’d have to pay for it n then get reimbursed. I sent it back. Then I called as I didn’t hear from them. I was told that they’d credit my account for $4.35. What about the $29.00 dollars for the purse. We can’t do that. So out of $29.00 n no purse. This company should not be in business. I will never do business with them again. I was a good customer, bought a lot of merchandise, but no more. Scammers cheaters n rude n very sarcastic.

Exceptionally bad cust svc. Ordered Xmas gift on 11/23/21 for my mom who's out of state. I was never told it was on backorder. I was told twice now that item would arrive in 6 -8 days and now its 12/9/21 and not recd. Called to cancel today and they refused cuz its being "processed". Too late now for me to receive it and mail out to my mom 1500 miles away. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I'm calling my credit card to have chgs reversed and will refuse delivery when it finally does ship. I can run out and pick up something nice from kohls and mail today by ups so she's not disappointed for Xmas. I will never use haband again.

Ordered a winter jacket from Haband. Got wrong one, I ordered solid color, got two tone. Apparently, picture was wrong. Return label stated my refund would have $9.98 deducted for shipping. Called customer service which is not in US. Requested a postsge paid return label, since it was their mistake. 10 days later, no label. They said refund will take at least 3 weeks after they receive it. I guess this senior citizen can just freeze to death. Horrible experience.
UPDATE - I SENT AN EMAIL TO THE CEO, AND GOT A PROMPT RESPONSE. THEY ARE SENDING ME A REPLACEMENT JACKET AT NO CHARGE AND THE RETURN LABEL. THAT'S HOW TO KEEP A CUSTOMER!

Slowest shipping I have ever countered, they charged my card multiple times for the same order customer service is a joke. Shop elsewhere

make sure to keep your tracking number when you return an item, its been 3 weeks they claim they still didn't get it, no refund, it isn't a high value it is the principal of the thing, if it shows returned just refund it.

This review is about Haband.com. I've had very poor customer service. My father has been ordering clothing from them for at least 30 years. Their shipping is super over priced ($17 for 2 pants and 4 shirts) and you have to choose between a coupon for a great discount OR free shipping. The shipping on the last order was more expensive than any of the items ordered. 2 were on back order. The 2 we got fit him like a tent. He always wears size medium and these mediums were horribly over sized. I call customer service to have the 2 shirts that havent shipped yet changed to size small. I ask if they can just do an even exchange on the 2 that are too big. They say no. I have to pay $10 to ship these back then re-order a different size plus pay another $17 to get the right shirts! That's ridiculous. By the time I pay all the postage charges, I've doubled the cost of my original order. Wish there was a brick and mortar store where I could shop. The CS people are of no help. They are even horrible at taking phone orders, which i did last time and they sent the wrong size pants. Another postage bill to send those back. CS doesn 't have answers to my questions at all....

Llevo 15 años comprando en Haband, unos menos en Blair y las dos son muy responsables tanto en la calidad de los materiales como en las fechas de entrega, Uds deberían de tener seriedad con lo que ofrecen . Por lo que veo si pidiera la anulación del pedido y devolución del dinero, lo mas probable es que se demore el resto del año o mas.

for many years i have been a customer of Haband. i buy in larger quantities to take advantage of a better price i generally purchase more than i need and store the rest for the future.
i opened a pair of casual Jersey knit slacks that literally fell apart into shreds. i returned them with the usual return paperwork with a description of the problem i had with this defective garment.
i was completely ignored and heard nothing. when i contacted Haband i was told that because it was not a recent purchase they could not do anything about my return. THe slacks were brand new never worn they should have replaced them regardless of when they were purchsaed.
