Looks like I've been caught. Ordered £300 piece of windsurfing equipment on 11/6/26 marked 'in stock' . It's 'in stock' at the factory or Importer not at the stockist/shop. Following several chasing calls and emails, broken promises etc I asked for a refund over 2 weeks ago and received an email assuring me this had been processed. Still not received the credit. Avoid at all costs, read the reviews below as this appears to have happened to several people before. Beyond unprofessional.

This place is a scam. I ordered a wing foil board for 1200 USD and it never arrived. My emails requesting a refund was ignored. Had to get help from Amex credit card to get my money back.

I ordered a wetsuit over a month ago and it still hasn’t been delivered. I emailed them, they got back to me saying there was a delay and it’ll be sent soon. Still no sign of it coming so I emailed again and no reply.

I bought a pump adapter online back in early May. After two weeks it hadn't arrived so I messaged them. Got a very basic response saying it was on its way. Two weeks later, still no pump adapter! I messaged and asked for a refund and this was ignored! They obviously don't care about their customers so I wouldn't recommend buying from H2O.

Edit: after leaving a 1 star review they sent me the adapter and a refund so I've changed the overall experience rating to 3*.

This place is a scam. Same as one of the reviewers below, I ordered a foil mast and it said it would arrive in 10-12 days. 21 days later and it still hasn't shipped. They keep telling me "it's on it's way from the manufacturer" which is either a lie or clear they never had it in stock in the 1st place. Don't order from them! Now I have to dispute the charge and try to get my money back since they won't offer a refund.

Can't recommend. I ordered a harness that was supposed to be delivered in 5-7 business days. I contacted the business after one week to be told that it was on its way and would be dispatched soon. After two weeks I requested a refund.

Incredible experience from start to finish! The team at H2O Sports was professional, friendly, and made everything easy and fun. Top-notch equipment and unforgettable memories—highly recommend!

Okay shop to use in a pinch as it's in a good location but I wouldn't order from here again if I can help it. I was after a replacement fin and brought my board into the store. To order online brand new it would have been £12 including postage but I needed to get out on the water that day. Instead I got given a tiny one, used, already all scuffed up and my mouth fell open when he run it through the checkout at £19.99!!! It wasn't even fit for purpose when I got out there, I had a hard time. I was kicking myself when I got home and compared. I wish I could upload a photo of the side by side comparison to what I wanted Vs what I got. But it's not allowing me to do so on here. Yes I was able to get out on the water and had still a great day but I got totally ripped off and taken advantage of by this store. At least I'll never forget my fin again. Lesson learned.

Ordered a fanatic 10,6ft Composite fly board and had a small minor nightmare but all the while H20 kept me well informed and up to date.
Board was damaged on route from supplier to H20 but new one sourced and arranged quickly and the guys were good enough to throw in a bag and some rail tape for the trouble. You don't tend to get that kind of personal level with customer services anymore.
This was my second board from H20, and while Fanatic seem to be slow in getting these boards out of the factory, H20 went above and beyond yet again 👍🏼 Bravo

Great service. Fast delivery of kite board straps and they even threw in some bolts for a foil plate for free. Very good and recommend.

Just joined Trustpilot but thought I’d write a few reviews for places I’ve been.
I’ve bought windsurfing equipment, paddle boards & Watersports equipment from H2O over the years. Very helpful & friendly staff. I would definitely recommend them & if you become a regular & you catch them in a good mood they may even give you a little discount lol.
