Absolutely brilliant

Absolutely brilliant, arrived so quickly. I bought the wall mounted single cable machine and for the price it performs very well, its not commercial grade but its more than enough for my PT studio.

Customer phone service was also very good. I will buy more in the near future.

The team at gym direct are always so helpful and very informative!!
Any concerns or enquiries we may have towards products, quality, delivery etc they have the A+ of service

Gym Direct rock

Great range, prices & customer service. Quick & friendly delivery. Have used these guys three times now & always pleased with my purchases.

Disappointed.

It's difficult to give a review because I still don't have the cable machine attachments I ordered. I ordered on the 25th September and of the 16th October I still don't have it. Chris from Gym Direct has tried to expedite delivery but still nothing after 2 dates were given.
It wouldn't be such an issue had the cable machine itself not been delivered in 4 days from S.A. and another attachment purchased from another company also was delivered in 4 business days.
I realise it's not Gym Directs fault but the fact is I purchased from them. I still can't do all the things I want on the cable machine until the rope and straight bar arrive.
I will try the couriers directly .

Great work at a terrible time

Thanks so much to the team for making lockdown more bearable with their intensely hard work. Right at the beginning of lockdown I like everyone else in the state ordered gym equipment. Your team worked tirelessly to get the deliveries out.

Good quality

Good quality for its price. Easy to navigate and convenient to check if any item is in stock, pre-order or out of stock. Delivery delays due to the situation, which is understandable.

Great bar

This pulldown bar is really solid and will last a lifetime if looked after. I highly recommend it if you are setting up a home gym like I have.
