canceled order twice with no explanation. The first has 40% discount. Even though the 2nd time order has no discount, still been canceled. sent email to ask the reason why, no response at all. Even I am thinking whether this company is still existing or not.

Very good products and customer care service
I've had a problem with the courier, the company solved immediately it, by sending me another package. Very good customer care service by mail and also by Facebook massage. I already knows and use their products, and I recommend Grow Gorgeus.

Discount Code works in USD
There was a discount code of 40% off, I couldn't apply it when I chose CAD dollar as the currency. I can only choose USD and only then the discount code would work. I contact customer rep before placing the order in USD (for lack of other options), and they told me I might had put two discount codes in the same order, which I clearly didn't.
I guess the lesson here is only choose USD even if you don't live in that country.
The product itself is fine, I had been purchasing it for years. I am leaving review to share my shopping experience.

Leakage of commodity packaging
The goods in the order are out of stock, but they are not replaced by other goods. The packaged goods have leaked。The experience of receiving the goods is very bad. I feel that it has been used by others.

I have been using this product since 2020 in the UK until now. Before, my hair fell out all the time in the front and fell off badly. Since using this product and his essential oils. Much better now. Their products are great.
