I deposited £20 then deposited another £10,and got no sign up bonus,and then I wrote on chat about my problem 3 times,and the bot said a real live chat employee would be with me,but nothing,that's £30 down,now when I try to get in touch when the page loads to the chat it just logs me out,it doesn't log you out when your spending your money, surprise surprise,

Unfortunately I am having to spend the best part of an hour writing this letter of complaint. I tried to contact your customer service team to try to sort out an incorrect bet settlement, however after no less than two hours of trying to get through to your live chat team, having to negotiate those pesky chat bots (which do nothing to assist anyone except for making it harder to get through to anyone) I eventually got through to a colleague who decided to end the chat after I didn't reply to his question after 30 seconds.

It's a fob off and quite pathetic that this is the sort of tactic your colleagues use to reduce the customer traffic.

It's unprofessional and very impatient of them to do this, especially after I had to wait the best part of 20 minutes before a real agent came on the line, and then another five or more minutes before they came back with replies. Yet after 30 seconds of me not offering a reply, they end the chat as it is "inactive".

It's cheap and very unhelpful as I have to then restart the process of dealing with the chat bots and then waiting another 20 minutes before another agent comes on the line. The worst of all colleagues was (name redacted). This repetivtive cycle continued around 4 times today before any of your colleagues were willing to progress the matter. I then received an email which raised more questions than answers, so I phoned the phone number at the bottom of the email and spoke to a woman who ended up cutting me off as it was the end of her shift (I know this because I phoned back straight after at 1801 hours, and of course the phone lines had closed).

This again was unprofessional and a very cheap tactic to use.

All in all, I have spent around half a day trying to get to the bottom of the incorrect bet settlement, however still there's been no effort from anyone at Grosvenor to try to sort this out.

I am therefore emailing you as you are the CEO, and in addition to that will also be publishing this email on trustpilot to make other customers aware of your customer unfriendly approach to what should have been a simple query.

I look forward to hearing from you and hope this can be resolved.

I will not hesitate to publish reviews about my experience in other online forums should this not be dealt with promptly and satisfactorily.

Scamers, win money get error and didn’t got money 😅

If I could pick zero stars I would went to Grosvenor casino on the sea front and didn't even enjoy it wasn't even offered a drink completely rubbish in there no vibe atal

Website blocks you as soon as you win and then starts asking for a bank statement which shows your transaction with Grosvenor casino (they know this isn’t possible to provide as most of us get statements monthly, so how can you show a transaction from yesterday on a statement today) this is a common tactic of online casinos to basically make you stop using their service because they don’t want winning customers. Fair enough I guess, but yeah this will happen to you if you win.

I found the gaming to be fair, especially the slots. Payment is fast too, my only issue is the online app is horrendously slow.. are they using dialup 🥲.? Often have to restart app to do anything. Like the platform, but may have to switch to something else that works a bit better..

Done a better builder that was suggested from them I went with it just find out the player to score wasn't even on bench or in starting line up

AVOID this company at ALL costs because they don’t honour sign up bonuses and when you contact customer service, they ask you several questions and then completely ignore you hoping you just go away.

TERRIBLE SITE TO USE

Deposited £10 got my way up to £100 on blackjack and withdrew all my winnings back to my original payment method and then tried to log back in 30 minutes later to check the progress and my account had been locked and they told me to contact customer support, now they have cancelled my withdrawal and want the following information before I can log back in to withdraw my money

Bank Statement - Of the initial deposit I made that matches up with the address I used to sign up. Which I wont get for another month as I have to wait for a statement

Do not put a tennis bet on with Grosvenor sport or you will loose your money. I placed a tennis bet on jannik sinner to win and he starting cramping and retired in the 3rd set meaning I lost all my stake because these crooks in the t&c’s state the bet will be settled after the 1st set. These state they try to give all customers the best experience well that’s not the best experience in my view it’s daylight robbery. Take a leaf out of bet365 and 10bet who will void your bet at any time if any player retires to make it fair on both sides. I’ve also brought it up with customer service and honestly they don’t care and just brush it off that it’s not fair to the customer what they are doing. If all players on a football match got injured and the game got called off the bet would get voided obviously so why is tennis any different.just don’t do it guys honestly

Even the land based casino's are a scam,, avoid the tables,avoid the machine's with blackjack and Baccarat,there just there to rip you off,,and avoid the shitty beer at £6 a pint.

Thank you to EVERYONE for making my 70th Birthday such a success at the Grosvenor Casino in Bournemouth on the 25th Sept 2025! I truly enjoyed performing for you all! I would especially like to Thank Gelyn from Grosvenor, who as an Events Organiser (amongst many other "Titles") was TRULY EXCEPTIONAL, both before & during the event!! Thankyou Gelyn also for the videos, & pictures that you took, that will form a lasting memory of the evening.

Also, I must thank All the Managers, especially Leo & Maria plus the whole wonderful team at Grosvenor Casino Bournemouth.

Also so many thanks to Roger & Dave, who with their Technical Expertise, with the Music & Sound, managed to get the Speakers paired up by Bluetooth!

Having spent so much with no rewards points given, nothing for birthday etc for so many years

Now they want to entice members with £20 match play on Monday to Thursday from 6am to 10am

What a joke when pensioner members, most can’t get there before 10am due to freedom pass not allowed to use on trains before 9.30am
