The staff from start to finish were very kind, helpful accommodating and you could see their main aim was to give my friends and I an enjoyable experience.

Have put about £300/£500 in this now on the same game not a single bonus and game features never trigger like they do on other sites when I play the same game . Won’t be putting a penny more in these really are robbing you blind !!

I got the super wheel feature with the 2 standard saws n the red and gold one on the end
It loaded up the wheel as normal did the spin got the super mega hat feature
It loads up as if it is going to start and then game is constantly restarting itself have tried 50+ times and it’s still not working

Hello. As a loyal customer for over 13 years, playing both online and at their London venues, I am extremely disappointed with Grosvenor’s handling of the 5% Cashback promotion. I was denied some cashback in legitimate credits over three days, despite having opted in to the promotion.

Customer support was dismissive, claiming I had not opted in and that my username did not appear, disregarding my consistent pattern of opting in to all available promotions on the website. They relied solely on system records, offered no investigation or goodwill gesture, and merely suggested that I should double-check the opt-in confirmation next time, as if it was my fault that they failed to recognise my qualification three times.

This new approach to customer service damages trust and feels cold and unreliable. Avoid if you expect proper customer care.

This casino is the most misogynistic thing I’ve ever experienced, they singles out the women telling us to cover up, when we covered up they told us we were “too intoxicated”. It seemed like they just wanted a reason for the women in our group not to be let in. The group after us, they let all the men in and none of the women in, vile behaviour do not go here

Four of us had the All in experience.
From walking in, the staff were wonderful. The receptionist made it easy to get us registered. The bar staff were brilliant, helping us choose our cocktails, they were so nice and chatty. Then the croupier Chris, explained how the roulette works, and so we began. That's was so thrilling, loved every moment.
I can't thank the staff enough for being so helpful, friendly and making our trip fun

Don't know where to start here. My wife and I have been going to Grosvenor casinos for about 15 years. Mostly Blackpool, sometimes London. On our last visit to Tottenham court road we where very disappointed. Most of the waiting staff where rude First the price of drink was extortionate , the new menu was rubbish. Gone are the days of chips toasties and pizzas , replaced by a Mediterranean menu. most of the waiting staff where rude. I was not allowed to order a large bottle of wine and one glass, however i could order as many small bottles of wine that i wanted, at twice the price. Also i noted that a service charge was added even if you where standing at the bar . Not the same crowd there used to be[i wonder why] Come on you have to do better . Im going to Blackpool end of June for another try, if this turns out to be the same im off to Gentings.

Do not use the site for casino gambling. The slots, roulette, blackjack, the lot.
Code within their system and web browsers, allow for win to happen after set losses.. so even the wins don’t out way the losses. Activate workflow scripts to check when you deposit most often and lessen the chances to win around set dates and times.
If a win drops, % drops further so it will not drop again for a large amount. Limits the win amount to be less than deposited value. Scamming you out of your money. And when you want to close the account, they make the process hard to find and long and drawn out.
Unless you want to give them your money AVOID.

stay clear the poker will never let you win it’s programmed crap

Deposited £1,600 on New Years eve. This money was lost in around 4 hours of play on bets no higher than £2.50. Mostly 50p bets. I believe you can complain to a business if you deposit over 1k on a casino site in one day. I did so to Grosvenor on the 2nd of January but have not had a response. I believe it is illegal to allow someone to deposit over 1k without proper financial health checks.

I suffer from mental health and gambling issues. I should obviously not have placed the first bet but I think the company should have stopped my gambling such a large amount.

Do not use this company . They are dishonest !
Placed a bet which won on in running cricket match . The bet won but Grosvenor voided the bet stating match was postponed . It was not and the full match was played and completed .There customer service is useless they just fob you off and say they will get back to you within 36 hours . Dishonest and disrespectful to customers !
