Always quick delivery service and goods are always well packaged and secure.Also had slight mishap with wrong order but was quickly resolved . Quality of protein bars and other products are top notch.Overall great experience with using Grenade products.

Consistently reliable
Grenade have been consistently reliable, fast and speedy delivery. I do have to subtract a star, though, because since they amended the recipes to remove a type of sugar, all the bars I used to order, except the salted caramel, are frankly awful. They taste nothing like the advertised flavour any more - very disappointing. However, the salted caramel is still delicious!

Dark chocolate and raspberry flavour is excellent but I have never seen it in the shops so I always buy in bulk online.

Had to chase daily for one and a half…
Had to chase daily for one and a half weeks to get my order shipped despite next day delivery on website. This has happened numerous times and on all occasions have to chase chase chase until someone cancels and re-raises order. Then I just got we re-raised the order so expect it in 1-2 days.
