I love Grenade bars, they taste amazing and the quality is excellent. They are not like the powdered flapjack style rubbish. Bonus is aswell as the protein boost it satisfy the sweet tooth

Love the taste. However after 4+ years of using grenade bars, I MIGHT choose a different bar. Just to see.But truthfully; NO HUNGER ‘pains’ with it. Ever. 2 bars for me every time.
