Prestige is an online gaming platform built around understated presentation, orderly navigation, and a sense of quality expressed through detail rather than excess. Its polished interface separates featured releases, established favourites, promotions, and account tools into balanced sections. Players can explore the collection or manage their profile without unnecessary visual interruptions competing for attention. The selection covers high-RTP video slots, high-volatility games, crash titles, and progressive jackpots. RTP describes a theoretical return calculated across extensive gameplay and cannot predict an individual session. Volatility indicates how frequently and widely potential results may vary. Crash games involve securing a rising multiplier before the round ends, while progressive jackpots increase through qualifying stakes until the relevant activation rules are fulfilled. Eligible new players may be presented with a Prestige welcome package containing a deposit bonus and free spins. Its real structure is defined by the wagering requirements, rollover basis, game contribution rates, maximum stake, and expiration period. Reviewing these points before activation explains how promotional credit can be used and what must be completed before related winnings may become available for withdrawal. Prestige brings deposits, withdrawal requests, and transaction history into a dedicated payment area. Once a withdrawal has been submitted, processing may depend on account verification, the selected payment method, and promotional conditions that remain incomplete. Clearly marked stages allow players to understand whether the request is progressing normally or waiting for further information before completion. The refined layout continues across smartphones and tablets. Game filters, RTP data, jackpot mechanics, bonus conditions, and payment status remain readable on compact screens. Players can compare slots, open a crash title, or monitor an active withdrawal away from desktop. Visit Prestige, examine the applicable terms, and select an experience aligned with your preferred pace.

Poor communication
No communication from them at all I had to ring to find out when delivery would take place. Was told Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. Driver rang me on Monday mid morning telling me he was 40 mind away while I was at work. Can't fault driver and he did as I asked and left my order safe for me.

Timber is good quality
Timber is good quality, price very competitive. Only given 4 stars because of a lack of communication on a delivery date. But when I had 1, the driver gave over an hour notice when he was arriving. Driver was very helpful also.
Would buy again

Cladding Order
Placed a small order on the periphery of the catchment area so appreciate it was not hugely profitable - therefore happy to wait for a suitable delivery slot as it was a great price. Limited communication but we got there - and everything is as ordered.

David, we truly apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment you've experienced. We understand how important timely delivery is and regret that we've not met your, or our own, standards in this instance. Regarding the challenges with transportation, especially when the orders are outside our delivery area, we're continually working to find sustainable and economical solutions.
We've taken steps to ensure better service, including our website updates with a clear map of areas we cover and adjusting our minimum order requirement. However, we realize this does not change your current experience.
To address your concern directly: we have scheduled your order for dispatch this Friday, the 9th, regardless of its size or your location. We're committed to fulfilling your order and hope this gesture demonstrates our dedication to your satisfaction as a valued customer.
Please accept our sincerest apologies for the delays and communication gaps. We're here to support you and look forward to rectifying this situation. Should you have any further concerns or need immediate assistance, don't hesitate to reach out directly. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Quality and prices are fab.

Very good quality timber but make sure you check the delivered quantity and C16 or C24 quality when it’s delivered.
Missed something off the delivery the first time. Delivered the missing stuff free of charge three days later which is great service. Very good quality timber, but the 3x2 Carcassing timber was C16 not C24 as advertised when purchased, hence the 4 star review not 5.

Thank you for your detailed review and for recognizing the quality of our timber. We apologize for the oversight in the C16/C24 grading on your delivery. To prevent future confusion, we've now labeled our Carc as C16+, which generally will be of C24 quality but we cannot guarantee it 100%. We're glad to hear you were satisfied with how we handled the missing delivery item. We appreciate your business and the feedback to help us improve.
