These guys went above and beyond to get something delivered to me as there was a problem with me living in the Channel Islands.
They went out of their way to help me and when I ordered something that would not have worked for what I needed, they contacted me to let me know and sorted the invoice out.
I can’t fault them.

I’m a forest school leader, Nursery Teacher and member of SMT within a Primary School in South Wales.

I purchased a boonie shelter with them back in October. Our cambium trainer (level 4 forest school leader) erected the parachute for me using the correct ropes and knots. He is well trained in erecting shelters and does so on a weekly (sometimes daily) basis.

The tarp then ripped at the seam and I am unable to use it. You can clearly see that from the way it has teared in the photos attached to this review.

I tried endlessly to contact someone within the company through phone calls and emails without any luck. I can see by the previous review that others have experienced the same problem.

It is now March and I have not received a refund/ a new shelter. I have provided them with extra photos of the shelter, the area in which it was erected and also an email from our Cambrium trainer to confirm the story.

At the time of the incident, I had not yet taken out the warranty on the item but I believe this is clearly a case of a faulty item! They have requested that I send the parachute into them with no promise of a refund (even with multiple photos being sent) and won’t cover the cost of the shipping that I will now have to pay for in order to send it.

If you’d like good customer service please don’t use this company!

Very good company that I have used and trusted since 2009! My latest order didn't quite go to plan (carrier issues) - but they resolved the issues as quickly as possible, albeit a little slower than usual due to some internet issues that they are apparently suffering from at the moment (often the same for me too!).

Appalling communication and customer service.
I contacted Greenman Bushcraft 7 weeks ago to request to return a large tarp (the day the delivery arrived) as it wasn't suitable for our purposes. I received no reply for 3 weeks despite phonecalls (not once answered) emails and messages. I eventually was given a return address and despite proof of delivery I am yet to receive a refund. I have been promised "next week" on three occasions but am told they are having problems with internet, phones, warehouse, etc. Whilst I'm sympathetic to their struggles, I am left chasing and worrying if I'm ever going to receive a refund for an expensive item. Apparently the tarp now needs to be sent to another warehouse for checking, but no explanation given and it feels very much like I'm being fobbed off. Very disappointed, I was previously a regular customer but won't be shopping with them again.

I have been awaiting on my order for over 10 days. This is a Christmas present. I went on to the website to contact green man bush craft, however, it’s shut early for Christmas. This is very poor customer service and I would not buy from this company again. So disappointing. Still awaiting my purchase.
