Greenline Arvostelua 

Unprofessional drivers overcharged me , bus is late , driver is even eager to argue with me . I have been dropped from Marble Arch to Luton - driver charged me 12£ and 18£ . Few days before I made notes 📝 about him and now again , I have to submit complaint.

Friday 20th October 2023 I purchased a ticket to Bricket Wood from Luton airport. Upon boarding I Confirmed to the driver he would be stopping in Bricket Wood the 1st stop. I sat down towards the end of the bus never having used Greenline before. As I was meant to get picked up in St Albans (Bricket Wood) he drove straight past the customers who waved the bus down even though there was at least 10 spaces on the coach and drove straight past my stop and straight onto the M1 heading to Brent Cross. At this point I approached the front of the coach whilst driving down the motorway to confront him of which he had a go at me for not pressing some sort of bell of which I had no idea was even on the bus. I stated then just drop me on the hard shoulder at the turn off to watford & I will figure out what to do from there of which he refused. He then decided to go back to St Albans to drop me off at the stop I confirmed to upon boarding is where I needed to go.

There was no indication I even needed to press a bell, let alone where the bell even was. National Express and Mega bus I found 10x more professional as they actually stop at stops and if no one gets off then they move on.

Upon approaching St Albans the bus got stuck in 3minutes of traffic of which caused the front of the bus passengers to kick off of which the coach driver incited the verbal abuse I started receiving from the front 2-3 rows.

I am a man of who just suffered a loss in my family to why I was coming to the uk of which this is how I was treated by the driver as well as the customers. He provoked the customers to bully and verbally abuse and he joined them in doing so.

terrible..I had a ticket bought online..and I went to Brent Cross in the j1 station to wait for the bus to Luton...looking at the app and the bus was coming, I activated the ticket...the bus never came and I I waited for an hour and a half and no other bus came. I had to take a taxi in order not to be late for my flight

The coach company is very good, the driver and his assistant are very good. We went to the Norfolk Hotel at Weymouth on the 13th October and it was not a good hotel. The food is good, the room was clean. The hot water tap I did run it for 15mins on the day we arrived and it was only luke warm so I could not have a shower, it was like that for the 4 days we were there, the raddiator never got warm after all the time we were there. I did turn the thermostatic valve up to max but still no joy. We asked for more milk and coffee on the day before we left and basically we were told we had our quote, so we had to wait till next morning and use our one and only coffee and sugar and one milk.

I bought a ticket for Arriva (greenline) on the website for 8:35am on 4th of October (Wednesday) from Luton airport to London Marble Arch. When i went to the bus stop (K) to catch my bus I was very rudely told by the guy there that this is a general ticket with no allocated time slot and that I should join the queue. I replied that I specifically selected time slot of 8:35am to make sure I get to work on time. He replied that these are only ‘suggested’ time slots and they are not required to board me on that bus. I went and immediately purchased a National express ticket (they had two queues- one for customers with existing tickets and another one for customers without a ticket - naturally, I had no problem boarding the bus with my allocated time slot). The Arriva bus service is an absolute disgrace, together with the staff. I can’t even believe this company is still running. It’s appalling.

Buses full from luton Airport to London, not stopping and just waving at you as they go by other stops along the route. Waited hours with no luck. Why not put on extra buses?!

I have just returned from a 5 day trip to the Royal York and Faulkner hotel Sidmouth and I really can’t fault Greenline or the trip. I went on the trip with my 7 year old son and we have had a fantastic time. Massive thank you to Dave our coach driver for being such a good laugh and fantastic customer service. The hotel was amazing and the resort just breath-taking - I would definitely recommend and we will definitely be going with Greenline again!

My second year travelling with greenline this year alone I have had 5 holidays and got 2 more to go so 7 in total and have already booked few for 2024 they are a fantastic company, the staff in office, the driver's,Andy plus all their partner/wife not forgetting Lauren Rogers daughter 🥰 I lost my husband just over 3years ago we were together 53years I miss him like crazy!! I would only be sat at home if I didn't believe in greenline so a big thank you to them all, love pip Perri x

Had a fantastic day trip to Chester. Driver Dave was brilliant he made the journey so enjoyable with his great sense of humour. He helped my mom on and off the coach as she has bad hips. Definitely booking another trip with this company

GC19GLC coach driver with a poor attitude. Lanes merging, and was not happy about me merging in, even though there was plenty of room. Decided to stop as I was turning and down the window and swear and abuse me! If this is how the drivers behave on the road, they are unsafe and unprofessional

Poor service. Will never follow schedule.

THE WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE
I bought a ticket online a week before my trip, I was arriving at London Luton airport and I had to wait one hour and a half in the longest queue ever so people without tickets could buy them and get on the bus before the people who already had tickets, like myself!
They were going to make me wait for the next one if not for some fortuned circumstances and a few good people! The employee who was responsible for the seats and everything was extremely rude. Not to mention the bus arrived half full at airport which is ridiculous considering how many people wait in that queue… VERY POOR ORGANISATION and business strategy!!!

I just traveled tonight from London Marble Arch to Luton Airport, at 2:09 am.
The best driver EVER. Give this guy a raise, please. Literally never met a nicer, more empathetic and helpful person.

Just returned back from a Mystery weekend in Torquay with my partner Steve and we would just like to say thankyou to our driver Paul and his wife Julie for being amazing helpful and for the great company throughout the Weekend.

There were no explanation on how to get off. I missed my stop and told the driver he didn't tell me. Then he said "what ever".

Our journey was from Luton to Victoria. We were lucky as we were getting on at the terminal each way. The route was a lot busier than normal as no Thaneslink trains running this weekend. What a great opportunity for them to drum up more business. However we would have to seriously think if it was worth it. The driver desperately needs customer care training. It was embarrassing as an English person to listen to the way the driver spoke to people mainly tourists from other countries. You can’t book seats so people at the later stops were left disappointed. Not sure how busy it is when the trains are running. Perhaps a lot better?

Shockingly rude and arrogant driver today on the bus 757 Luton to Victoria Station, 5.45am. He was holding God's morals on every passanger, saying that no one has manners, because some people just asked a question directly, and he was bothered they didn't say good morning. I don't think that's a big deal to throw a tantrum at passangers, for heaven's sake!!!! All that while he took his sweet time to stop at the airport to have his breakfast, munching and eating with noise the whole time. He shouted to a person in London when she mistakenly thought this bus goes where she wanted to go. Was acting like everyone is stupid, and he's smart and holding the highest morals on earth. I don't think he should work with customers. Terrible behaviour. No matter how nice were with him, he was answering flegmatic to each one of them. I'm still in disbelief.
