I ordered 2 Judo GI’s on 24 March 2026 and still not delivered over 6 weeks later, do not order from this company, terrible service

Ordered some boxing gloves as greenhill were always of good quality in the past but I have not received my order and have not received a receipt so have no way to log in to my order to claim a refund. Avoid this once high reputation company unfortunately

Ordered Judo gi 19th February have had limited communication from them despite chasing. Have asked for a refund but company seem to be ignoring me. Despite looking like they are uk-based they are a middle eastern company. Given current conflict in middle east it unlikely I'll ever see the gi or the refund! Avoid at all costs!!!

Ordered on 7th December for Christmas present. Arrived 26th January. No mention of item being out of stock when ordered. Company seem to be based in Kuwait. Poor communication and no notification it had been shipped. Seemed reasonable quality when it arrived.

Ordered the FIAS approved suit and shoes on December 22nd 2025 and received the order today 26 Jan 2026.

Jacket and belt included with shoes but no shorts after taking 5 weeks to arrive.

Very disappointed to say the least.

The best company for gloves and sports equipment. Really nice experience. Delivery is fast, product are good quality. I will order again from them.

Bought it for months never got any of my orders

Please Save your money, time and effort and under no circumstances order from this company. I ordered from them on the 9th of November 2024. I'm writing this Review on the 4th of January 2025 and I can tell you after ten emails to both Greenhill sports and the Company they say is delivering the package. A bitterly disappointed young man at Christmas and two separate requests for a refund. A payment of 138 American dollars at the time of ordering and I have still received absolutely nothing. The only thing I did receive was an email on the 3rd of December from a delivery company informing me that for them to deliver my package which apparently is now with them that I have to make another payment of 74 EUR to them to deliver it to me to cover taxes. Take my advice as a parent who is not in a position to be scammed out of my hard earned money under no circumstances order from this company. I gave one star but if I could give a minus ten I would.

Ordered a headguard about 20 days ago and I still haven’t received any updates on the shipping / delivery progress. It’s like they forgot a customers order.
When I try to contact them I get no reply

I ordered a pair of boxing gloves from the international site because they weren't available in my country. Customer service sent me an invoice via email along with a payment link that included shipping costs but not custom duties. The gloves arrived in about a week and they look great. Overall, it was a good experience.

Ordered a child’s mma set 15 days ago
Still not any tracking details given and no sign of the package. Emailed and spoke in online chat but no one gets back to you.
When using a company who has a good reputation in the sports you do you expect a positive experience. Won’t order from these again
