I booked them for an end of tenancy clean and was very disappointed. Many basic areas were missed or poorly done -under the toilet bowl rim, under the bathroom sink, lampshades, extractor hood, corners, and kitchen tiles which still had visible dirt. Toilet paper holders and the towel dryer were dusty, and overall nothing felt properly wiped or detailed. The photo proof wasn’t helpful either, as most pictures were taken from too far away to show the actual quality of the cleaning. They did agree to a discount after I raised the issues, but I still had to hire someone else to finish the job. Can’t say I’m happy overall

We decided to pay extra to a cleaning company in order to have a reliable fortnightly clean of our house - we had previously been let down multiple times by cleaners. Whilst the owner, Alin, initially communicated well and the first clean was fabulous, over the months we have used the company we found we were being let down more and more. We understand that there is illness or exceptional circumstances, which must be hard to manage. However, we were let down on the morning the clean was due so many times I have now lost count. We were only contacted by email to let us know about half an hour before the cleaners were due, which when working was not always immediately picked up. No offer of a 'back up' was ever forthcoming, and we had to get assertive before something else was put in place. This often left us in difficult circumstances. In December BOTH our cleans were cancelled on the morning - after a fuss the clean in early December was re-scheduled and at this point we clarified the next clean due on 24th, saying we understood if it had to be on a different day that week as it was Christmas Eve but were assured this would be fine. On the morning, half an hour before the cleaner was due, we just got an email saying there would be no clean. We thought paying extra for a cleaning company would ensure that holidays and sickness were covered, but this has not been the case and having cleaned ourselves we have realised that the cleans were only ever 'surface' cleans with areas that obviously haven't been touched in a long while. I would be wary of using this company.
