Knowledgeable salepersons and helpful consultants
We had an excellent experience with Great Railings. From getting answers to Trex product questions, to designing and ordering a composite deck surface and railing package for the remodel of our old deck. The staff was helpful thoughout the whole process.

Knowledgeable employees
I’ve been to Great Railings 3 times making sure I had the correct information to give the employees that was helping me. Each time I return to the store I was helped by a different employee. Each employee took time to throughly explain my project and was able to help me make a selection that was within my budget. I was very please with the service I received at each visit.
