After years of buying cars from Gravells. All family and friends have bought Dacia to Renault's.
Will not give our deposit back, after changing my mind. Very disappointed as you think they would just out of courtesy.

I have just purchased a car from Gravells, Kidwelly. This is the second time I have bought from them in 2 years. The first time I bought a pre registered Dacia Duster, which I was very happy with. Due to a change in circumstances I have now part exchanged the Duster for a Vauxhall Astra. On both occasions I dealt with David James. David is one of the most helpful sales executives I have ever dealt with. He communicates efficiently over email and phone and acted quickly when he found a car that met my needs. The deal was done very quickly, with finance arranged. I purchased the Dacia Duster without physically seeing it, and I was so happy with it that I have been confident enough to take David’s word on the quality of the Astra, that I have done the same on this occasion. I honestly can’t recommend David enough. He is a credit to Gravells and he will be my go to guy whenever I have the need. Looking forward to collecting my car on Saturday.
