We've recently completed a successful house sale through Grapevine. We found all members of staff at the Agency professional and approachable. When house viewings stalled, they went the extra mile to call people who had previously shown an interest to promote the property further with a positive outcome. Grapevine managed the sale of our house and we found them to be professional and friendly with good local knowledge. The main reason we would recommend them, however, is how proactive and responsive they are if your sale does not go smoothly. When our buyer chain fell through they went straight to work and found us a new buyer in short time to ensure that we did not lose the house we were buying.
