I have had previous orders from Grape Tree over the past few years. Dispatch and delivery time was excellent. Grape Tree use a reliable courier. The items were thoughtfully packed. I ordered prunes, dates, mixed fruit and festival mix. The fruit looked really fresh. I also ordered peanut butter, aniseed sweets and muesli. I particularly like their peanut butter and find the taste and quality is superior to most supermarket brands. The aniseed sweets are also very tasty. Well done Grape Tree for another very satisfactory and pleasing order.

Incredibly racist & xenophobic staff, avoid at all costs. I spent around £50 and I forgotten £20 worth of my items at the till, when I realised this I was already at home so I proceeded to immeditaly call the store and ask them if I can come back and retrive my forgotten items. I told them I didn't have my receipt, and a male worker told me its okay and that I can come the following day as I was unable to come that same day. They told me it was completely fine. So, I came the next day bought a bus ticket costing me like £5 because I thought I was gonna be able to retrive my lost items and once they see me they said "No" I told them you told me on the phone that I can have my items back but they still said no. I firmly believe because of my bristolian accent they were under the impression that I was a white woman and upon seeing me in real life they switched up. Unprofessional & disgusting. And It's not even the fact that they didn't let me take my items back because granted I didn't have my recipt but I'm pissed off that they lied and told me on the phone that I can have my items back wasting my money on bus fares.
