My first order went missing with the courier but the next day Grape tree sent out a replacement the very next day. Absolutely amazing customer service! 10 out of 10.

I bought their Organic Spirulina…

I bought their Organic Spirulina Powder, I used just the tip of a little spoon of the powder, just less than half a spoon early afternoon, Then by the evening i was feeling very nauseas and had terrible headache, This continued to the next day with weakness and still feeling the same and its now the evening ... I googled and found out that their Organic Spirulina Powder has not been third party tested and carry a risk of contamination.... !!! Why are they selling stuff that can make people very ill?? I will never buy anything from them in future and hope this feeling i have eases soon!

Issues were dealt with well in the end

Quick despatch. Unfortunately DHL failed to deliver my parcel after it had to be diverted to a shop. After a week I contacted GT and was told I would get a callback the next day. No callback so on the afternoon of the following day I called again and GT arranged a next day delivery which arrived in the morning. Unfortunately the chia seed packet had a split and the seeds went everywhere. I emailed to complain and was given a refund for the item plus 20%. Hence the 4 stars. Normally GT is excellent so this as unusual.
