Raise a technical support ticket. No help. Requested to call 0300 200 3600. Not help. Go online! Vicious circle! Requested by the last number to call 0300 200 3300, not help. After 1h 30m, someone did not identify herself and hanged up my call! This is appalling! Taxed thousands of pounds and no service at all! UK Gov is a disgrace! No any liability! Nobody cares! Completely impossible to get a UTR…
Completely impossible to get a UTR code. They say there is a deadline to complete tax returns and if you don't you get fined. Yet you can't get a UTR code so you can't complete it. There is no email confirmation sent out of even completing the form. The lady who i eventuall got on the phone (after two hours wait and multiple attempts) walked me through it and then said that was completely normal not to get a confirmation email. Yet there is no record on my account either. Its the second time i filled it in too. Its now been over 4 months. I have on idea how anyone else is managing and i have no idea what to do at this stage other than get fined for not completing my tax returns.

Octopus Energy care about their customers.
Our energy provider is Octopus Energy. When I have emailed them about anything, they are always quick to reply. My latest email reply was from Zikhona who was so very helpful, friendly and informative. The best thing we did was to go with Octopus, unlike other energy providers they do care about their customers. We highly recommend Octopus.

They made me pay an higher IHS fee than the one I should have. I had to pay to send them email and all I got was an automatic response. I had to pay to call them and they told me I was going to get a refund on the 2nd of October if not, I could have emailed them again. I did not received it, but now I can’t use the previous query because it’s closed so I have to pay again just to complain about the same problem. I’m very disappointed.

I’ve known a few banks that treated me disrespectfully these include Santander, and Halifax but I was told NatWest was a good bank and in August I gave it a try thinking it can’t be worse than Santander and oh my gosh within 36 hours I got into the bank I’m happy to say that they are the best bank I have ever known thank you so much ☺️

Registering an LPOA
I sent a letter to register a power of attorney with HMRC for my mother. Although they are part of gov.uk and the power of attorney is already registered with gov.uk they were still unable or unwilling to use the validation code I sent. In fact they didn't react to anything I wrote in letter, just demanding either the original or certified copy. My shock at their inability to use their own system is beaten by the total lack of respect in not adressing anything I wrote in my letter. Apparently they have someone called Stuart Willims who calls himself a customer advisor.
SIA Mandatory Refreshers
Regarding new legislation on SIA License renewals, now after 2021 law of everyone must complete a Top up Course and EFAW course, SIA have conveniently stated this month that from April 2025 it will become mandatory every 3 years a refresher Top up and Efaw course will need to be completed, a lot of us pay our own way on minimum wage and now we're hit with this, joke of a country, a complete money scam and no wonder a lot are hanging up their badges..

Went to Liverpool city council, Library in Wavertree last. Was helped enormously by the ,Brilliant,Fantastic, Branch member HELEN. This Lady is such a superb human being. From the moment I entered, she was so polite ,professional. I am not computer literate, but Helen, was there to.help me with my questions. I need to send documents by Email & PDF. Me, I haven't a clue, but Helen, is a Genius. So happy that she was there to help me, otherwise, I would still be there ,trying to send these documents. LCC should be proud of all it's staff, but especially Helen, surname unknown.
What a rip off
What a rip off, 2 glasses off house wine £18. Than the food is was ok but for what you order the food is far to expensive,then the bill they add 10%service charge for a bill of £200 a £20 service charge.
As a family we will not be back.
So if you want ripped off then the Ship Inn is the place to go.
