I Ordered a Premium anti-fatigue GorillaGrip comfort mat through Amazon. Over the years I found the mat constantly moving. I tried several anti-slip products but the grip/traction does not exist. I forwarded the Lifetime Warranty document and Amazon Receipt to Amazon but their 6-month policy did not help with a solution to refund or replace the mat. i was directed to the Gorilla Commerce Customer Service Team who in turn directed me back to Amazon and stopped responding . After going back and forth for weeks, i gave up. Terrible customer service !
The product does not stand up to its warranty and does not perform. Buyers beware, this mat is not worth the money you spend

The worst customer service. Would not help me with my order and stopped responding. I still have not received my shipment so I had to file a credit card dispute.

I purchased a Gorilla Grip chair mat in 2021 from Gorilla Commerce on Amazon. The mat cracked—so I reached out to use their advertised 10-year warranty.

Despite sending:
✅ A complete Amazon invoice
✅ Proof of purchase from Gorilla Commerce
✅ A screenshot of their own warranty promise

They refused the claim.

Why? Because the order is now “archived” on Amazon and they claim they can’t verify it—even though I provided full documentation. They told me I’d need to:
1. Get Amazon to verify my order for them
2. Prove that they didn’t issue a refund or replacement
3. Send a photo of the original packaging from 4 years ago

This is not customer service. This is an intentionally difficult process designed to avoid honoring warranties.

Gorilla Commerce has lost my trust and my business. I strongly recommend buyers beware—what they promise and what they actually support are two very different things.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a Gorilla Grip Rug through Amazon. The product has absolutely no grip/traction and does NOT hold up, despite following manufacturer instructions for cleaning/care of item. Grip adhesive is peeling off and rug slides around - and is a trip hazard! Tried requesting assistance under their 100% satisfaction guarantee to no avail. Buyer beware!

Their customer service is the worst customer service I have seen in my life time.
They actually do not have any customer service. No one checks their customer service e-mail.

I searched for a long time to find a company that made shelf and drawer liners domestically. My packages were all labeled, Made in China, assembled in the US. I will not purchase from them again.

Let me tell you! There is nothing I hate more that the cutting board sliding around while I'm using a knife. These things stay PUT!
