If i could give the a negative score I would. Be carful if you want to return something. I bought heaters, the customer decided to do something different . I emailed Gordon for a return they told me 40% restock and I had to pay for the shipping. I understand there are restock fees but 40% plus I have to pay for shipping.. I never use them again.

the price on there website for a bulb was 8.00 i ordered 24 of them and they were delivered. when i looked at the invoice was charged 14 plus dollars. called to have corrected no response from the company. very shady be aware.

One order and multiple shipments. Was informed by UPS of lost package. Tried to file claim which should have been done by shipper but got no help from Gordon. Then was told I could not file claim shipper had to. Gordon would not file claim or re-ship or give me my money back. Missing 7 connector on order at the end I was out over 350.00. They could not tell me what was in the lost package or if more than one package was lost. They had the best price but for reason they don't always fill them.

I had an online billing issue, and I received the worst customer support of my entire career. The customer service representatives/sales team member I interacted with was very unprofessional. I hope management sees this post and retrains employees. Hopefully they can improve and become competitive in the marketplace. Best of luck.

Ordered 30 light brackets. Only received 2. Called to ask about the order. I was greeted by someone who was aggressive and stated the package weighed 38lbs and therefore it was shipped and I should check my people. Actually accused my people of stealing from me. This is the first and last time I’ll be ordering from this company.

Stay clear of this company. Ordered a part on 10 June with no indication that it was out of stock. Estimated ship date was 16 June. Nothing happened by then so I emailed. They stated that part would not arrive at their warehouse until 27 Jun, meaning it was never in stock. I emailed again on 30 June only to be told that part would not arrive to them till 28 Jul. I cancelled order. But BTW, they collected the money on the day the order was placed. They are not honest about their stock status. If they don't have the part on hand, then they should say so....not take folks' money and then sit on it. Terrible company!

If you care about getting the correct item you order, then I recommend to go elsewhere. If you care about ordering merchandise they indicate they have, but then don't ship, then I suggest you go elsewhere. If you wish to talk to someone with responsibility about the issues, and then get put on hold indefinitely, then I suggest you go elsewhere. We use them ONLY AS A LAST RESORT. After two years of staying away, we needed something, and their website indicated they had the item. We ordered 100 pieces. Item description indicated it had a bronze finish, but instead came in gray. They indicated they 313 of an item in stock, but when we called to check on it when it did not arrive, we were told it was four weeks out. Originally, I thought after two years, maybe they had gotten their "act" together. Instead it was the "same old, same old".

Worst Company ever stay away from them, lying about stock status, delivery time etc. Got written quote that items will be sent in 8 days , its been two months from then they still not shipping it.
