Really helpful staff and overall good experience
Really helpful team member called Mel assisted me with buying new walking boots for my kids. She listened to our needs and engaged with us (a rarity these days!) and then the team members at the till were just as nice. Great customer service all round and a pleasant shopping experience. Will definitely return!

From looking into this further we can see that your items were in stock and ready for collection. However, you did not receive the email notification to advise this. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
We are pleased to hear that you were able to purchase the wanted items during your visit to the store.

Helpful staff
I ordered a tent for collection later that day from the store. I hadn't received notification it was ready but popped in anyway as I was passing the store. The same tent was available off the shelf but at a higher price. I showed the assistant my email and how much I'd paid so she went and sorted it for me so I could just take it there and then.
