GO Outdoors - Stockport Arvostelua

Knowledge of the manager when choosing new walking shoes and very helpful cashier, thankyou Lorna W.

Lorna W was brilliant. Thanks for your help and advice.

Had to order next size it came in the scythe next day brilliant

I ordered 10 items online, none of them were in stock in any store so I guessed that they were coming from a central warehouse. My tracking didn't change at all from stating "preparing your order"
After 9 days I decided to telephone my local chosen collection store. The staff said that they had the order but maybe only part of it and it would be best to call to collect but check the contents of the parcel. When I got to the store I was told that only 8 items had arrived and 2 were still to be delivered, I was advised to wait a few days and phone in. 8 items were in one bag and when I was checking the contents I was given a second bag that had been found on the shelf. This second bag had the two items that were supposedly still being delivered. The member of staff told me both bags must have been at the store for a few days. The tracking of the goods totally failed and it actually still states "preparing your order"
GO Outdoors is my fave store but maybe next time I will only order goods that are in stock in store

Great staff fabulous selection! And usually Very well priced

Loads of selection. We ended up buying all sorts from socks, T-shirts, 12l flat bottles and more. All the choices provided good solutions and Ted on the till was a total sweetie sorting out everything really easily.

Served by Jamie yesterday who went out his way to find a solution to a billing issue I had encountered…

Served by Ted. Returned a coat as I found it cheaper on the brand’s own website, Ted was really helpful and assisted in refunding the discount. Quick service and no issues, great customer service.

Ordered item online and collected in-store very happy with the jacket and customer service from Go Outdoors - will keep an eye on other outdoors offers. Thanks

My wife and l were buying new walking boots. The staff were excellent and provided useful, practical information which helped purchase the boots that best suited our needs

You had what I needed in store, your staff member Lorna W was a great help polite and professional she ensured I had a very pleasant visit

Fabulous customer service from Manager John and cashier Lorna W. I had a complicated issue with a gift card but they resolved it in a way that exceeded my expectation and couldn’t have been more professional or friendly.
Initial email contact with customer services (Kiran) was also handled exceptionally well. They really did appreciate me as a customer. Thank you.

I received excellent customer service from Oliver in the Stockport branch. He was attentive, knowledgeable and very helpful - my sincere thanks to him. I purchased several items today, including an inflatable shelter plus some outdoor clothing - I know I can trust Go Outdoors to supply quality products at great prices - thank you, James.

Your website showed the product in store. Fortunately I rang to check before travelling
Good job I did as it wasn’t. So purchased online. Very pleased with price, product and delivery. But would have liked to have tried them on. Hence one star deduction

Found what I needed. Lorna on the checkout was very helpful.
Thank you

Marcus in the bike department could not have been more helpful or professional
Thank you Marcus!!!

Ted was wonderful

Staff were helpful and efficient.

It was an easy process. Simply ordered online and called to the store to pick up. It was to replace an OEX sleeping bag that did ifell apart after a wash.
