Good customer service
We brought 4 tshirts off the peg in the correct size with no hassle for my husband who needs special sizing. This in itself constitutes a positive shopping experience!
Ciaran and Samri we really helpful and explained how I should.sign up in store not online and assisted with this..the store offers are a bit confusing with all the bits and differences so it was nice to be helped by such lovely friendly professional people.
I felt rather sorry for Ciaran as he clearly has some needy colleagues who kept being incredibly loud in his earpiece despite him saying he's with a customer.

The Go Outdoors team were incredibly helpful, both over the phone prior to my visit, and in store. Anya offered some great advice in store over tents and was both knowledgeable and patient. A great team and very helpful. I will be back soon.

Excellent, friendly customer service!
I was initially helped by Luciana to find a new 65L backpack after my trusty one needed replacing after many years. She was super helpful, lovely and knowledgeable. She couldn't have been better! Faizal then served me at the till and despite a problem with my DofE discount he was again helpful and knowledgeable and between the two managed to solve the problem. I will absolutely return when I next need something for the outdoors!

Ciaran was extremely helpful when I called to enquire about availability of a Rab jacket. He took my number and called me back after checking in the stock room. He put the jacket behind the counter for me to collect the next day. He went the extra mile for me. Excellent service.
