GO Outdoors - Nottingham Arvostelua

Great customer service Chanel was fantastic.

Went in for a gift for my partner. Staff were helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable about stock. Served by Chanel who was able to help me with my go outdoors account.

Alex saw that I needed a little help and advice, also another opinion.
She was great, very knowledgeable and polite. Really helpful in my quest. Good job Alex

Love the prices of Go Outdoors, there is always a discount to be had. My son has a school trip coming up so I managed to get hiking boots and waterproof trousers for under £100. I was served by the lovely Sophie who was very helpful.
Plenty of free parking at the store and very accessible.

Great advice on which stuff to buy for a walking holiday. Great discount too. Better than buying on Amazon.

Perfect from start to finish

As usual great items at great prices , lots of offers throughout the store , i use the fishing tackle items as well and save a lot compared with other tackle dealers , great staff keep it up

A huge thank you to Maria for all her help with my trying on walking boots especially whilst I have 2 different sized feet. Her knowledge on socks to help and overall kindness was much appreciated x

Looking for a new pair of walking shoes today and was served by a very knowledgeable and helpful Maria. I wish all staff in all outdoor stores took the time to insure that you made the right choice. I decided on the Keen Targhee, I would highly recommend them.

My experience at Go Outdoors was a really positive visit, there were two staff very helpful and friendly, Angela and Emma. They were able to give advice and prompts what to get. And I was able to buy what i needed.

Maria was excellent when we came in to buy walking shoes.
She was friendly and knowledgeable, and demonstrated great customer service.

Nicole was patient professional and very knowledgeable. I received a 5 star service in my purchase of hiking boots for my Iceland trip. She really went the extra mile. Never had such an amazing customer service experience. Thanks Nicole

I was today to by for my sun stuff for DofE, and with no camping experience I was very struggle to decide what need, but I meet Hannah, Maria and Sofia where helping, and spend a lot of time with me and my son to find everything needs. Was very helpful and thank you to understand me and helping us. For me was a second time to visit Nottingham store, and I liked, very tide and a friendly staff.

The staff in the Daybrook store (Nottingham) were really helpful and responsive.

Brilliant service and items brought

simple and fast return - pity youve not got the brown north ridge jacket in brown medium - ive got one and looked for another with no success- such good value!

I purchased some walking boots and my wife purchased some walking shoes , the staff were very helpful, enthusiastic and competent on the shop floor and at the till points.

I bought a pair of walking shoes from the Nottingham store today. Faced with a large display of varying makes and prices, I was very grateful to have Nicole guide me quickly to a manageable choice. Her knowledge of the shoes was excellent and her manner and professionalism outstanding. Sophie at the till was also friendly and helpful. First rate service all round.
