GO Outdoors - Newton Abbot (Express) Arvostelua

Came in looking for a particular pair of shoes. Maria approached us in a warm, friendly manner and kindly checked out the back to see if they were available. She found exactly what we were looking for, and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent customer service — thank you, Maria!

Jo was great today 😊 Very helpful

Today I was served by the lovely Maria. What a delightful and helpful lady. Chatty and friendly.

Great stock, good prices. Maria was very friendly ☺️. Will come back 🙌

Maria was very helpful and patient with me in buying my walking shoes and socks

Pleasant and professional service from Isla.

Maria at GO Outdoors Newton Abbot was absolutely amazing today! She helped me find everything I needed for a very last-minute camping trip and made the whole experience so much less stressful. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely lovely to talk to.

The customer service was absolutely perfect! I’d highly recommend this store to anyone in Newton Abbot. Thank you again, Maria!

Abbi was very helpful, she had a lot of very useful recommendations for tents!!

i come into this store quite often and i’m always met with a smile and a greeting, one staff member called Abbi is amazing. she clearly has a strong passion and interest for this job and this comes across when serving me and my partner. Well done Abbi

I was struggling to choose a tent and a young worker named Abby gave some great advice, she was very friendly! I had a lovely experience.

Had a really excellent experience with Newton Go Outdoors and Abbi was exceptionally helpful and efficient; I really appreciate when somebody tells you that they will make an enquiry then call you back shortly, and she did, within 2 minutes! Thank you Abbi, Go Outdoors are fortunate that you represent them so well!

We visited the store yesterday and found Maria so very helpful with our purchase and such a cheerful person. It makes such a difference to a shopping experience. Thank you.

I returned to Newton abbot store where I had tried to buy a trainer about 2-3 weeks ago. But without success as I had wrong socks on.
The same asst Millie served me as last time.
She was so helpful. She had remembered the exact pairs of walking trainers I had tried before but could not make my mind up. Not only that but also the exact sizes I had tried. Today with the thinner socks and Millie’s memory of the trainers I had tried before my purchase went very smoothly.
She was so helpful and kind. I am 80 years old with a hearing loss. And very understanding. She remembered the sizes and makes I had tried before. I could complete the purchase in a short time. I would like to thank her again through you. MILLIE you are a star. Thankyou for your understanding and help today.

Access to upper floor is extremely difficult for this 98-year-old customer.
The shop assistant Maria was extremely helpful and seemed to go out of her way to identify the perfect boots for me - oh that all shop assistants were so helpful and friendly.

So refreshing to go into a shop and be served by so happy and helpful staff. They had exactly what I wanted.

Made to feel welcomed at the newton abbots branch. Very helpful with my enquiries and both Millie and Maria knew their stuff. Even sourced the coat I wanted by checking with the Torquay store to see if they had it in stock and my size. Brilliant

When I arrived at the store and was browsing around I was approached and greeted by a lovey lady called Millie, she was super helpful and asked what camping gear I was after and as a new camper she recommended me everything I needed for my trip away and what’s best for what I need. Her customer service and friendly attitude was a great help to my shopping experience and I would definitely return if I need anything extra to add to my kit

Amazing staff every time i enter! Especially the lovely Millie! She is also so chatty and helpful!

I have purchased many things from this store for my husband Shaun, my friend Liz and my brothers Ed, Nicholas and Danny.

Millie and Dan were extremely helpful when I was trying to locate a particularly product. They gave service with a smile too!
