Excellent Service

Whilst in Huddersfield, I called into your store as I was looking to buy a packable waterproof jacket.

I was looked after/served by Steph & Maggie.

Both of them were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and provided excellent Customer Service.

Advocates for keeping high street shops going. First day, nice talk and looked after and see you soon. Second day, hi hey, yeah oh wow thanks, discount card offered not much savings this time, wait we’ve got you, got the discount. Nice people altogether. Got nice pair of gloves. Flipping freezing.
Nice ladies made up for the cold weather.

Something good about Huddersfield

The two servers in the shop were excellent, (Nick & Karen) in that they provided some advice on different options for what I was looking for, and ensured the whole buying process was first class. Well done!
