GO Outdoors - Grimsby (Express) Arvostelua

I called in for some new walking boots and trousers on a Sunday afternoon having looked at various stores for good quality boots.

I have odd sized feet and wanted a half size boot but after Carole’s excellent advice to upsize I tried a size up and they fitted marvellously.

She also noticed an imperfection on them as I went to pay and said she would find another pair. Both shop assistants also checked my membership status and applied my discount as well as advised that is if I wear them in around the house, and at any point I’m unsatisfied with the fit, I can return them to the shop for a full refund.

Overall, a very pleasant experience and I even managed ti find a pair of trousers, which I have until now not been able to.

Will definitely return, thank you

The ladies were so helpful and knowledgeable and gave me good advice. They were also very friendly and polite. I will definitely visit this shop again.

Shopping is so easy at the go outdoors in Grimsby, the staff are so knowledgeable always ready to help and offer advise and never make you feel rushed at all, you are always greeted with a smile and cheery hello, would hesitate in recommending this store to anyone well worth a visit, really good prices abd if somethings not quiet right the staff sort it out for you, excellent.

The customer service in your Grimsby outlet is excellent - nothing is too much trouble. The staff are very product knowledgeable & their advice is much appreciated. I’ll be back.

Went to Grimsby store today and staff were friendly, helpful and polite….even to the customer screaming at them and abusing them as he left the store. Why can’t people just be kind like the staff were!

THE STAFF ARE VERY HELPFULL AND TOOK TIME TO FIND THE THING I REQUIRED.

A good selection of quality items for the out doors. The women that work here are always very helpful.

The staff are very friendly, helpful and informative. The items I needed were avaiable.

Staff were very efficient and had in depth knowledge of the product we were buying.

We where greeted on arrival with smiles, already knowing what we wanted, we made our way to the shoes, Ange was there and without a hesitation quickly mentioned if we need help to give her a shout. After a bit of deliberation we had decided on some shoes, Ange came to the rescue, after various mind changes and additional shoes required to out on (Ange, most definitely got her steps in) we finally settled on a pair, Angela was very polite and helpful and did not push any sales of any other shoes onto us, she knew what we were looking for from the moment we described what our feet are like and how comfy of a boot we would like. Overall a very fantastic experience.

I went in the store to purchase walking boots never bought any quality boots before. The assistant was so friendly and helpful it really helped me decide which boot to go for. I’ll definitely return again for other items.
