GO Outdoors - Derby Arvostelua

Excellent service given today for help and advice. Additinally, our cashier Xaina informed us of the Blue Light discount on non-sale items that we never knew about! So we made even more of a saving! Thank you, Xaina!

Lovely friendly assistant at the till Kat, very professional and helpful. Store was well stocked and lovely and quiet on a Friday afternoon.

Served by Ella and Kat who gave outstanding customer service. I really value this Go Outdoors store for its excellent and confidence inspiring service.

Gordon from the fishing section such a lovely and really really helpful. I’m starting fishing and he was a big help. He spent a long time telling me what I need

Quality of your stock is brilliant, Isabelle was a breath of fresh air, her happy and kind attitude was the icing on the cake, thank you, be back soon

The time & care taken by Stuart to support me with ensuring I got the correct regulator & gas bottle was 2nd to none - staff at the checkout were delightful too - thank you!

The young lad HARRY was brilliant. He gave me lots of help. I was walking around. Not knowing where to go he said. Can I help you sir. To which he did. When you read this please give him a BIG THANK YOU. and I will be back to shop there soon 👍👍

Lots of great things to choose from. Ella was very helpful and even managed to save us a few quid.

The customer service at this store is great. Brought a North Face coat from here for a reasonable price and the woman who helped us, Ella, was very helpful and kind. Would come back.

Went to look at the electric bikes and saw one that was perfect for me but didn't know much about electric bikes. We asked for help and advice and spoke to Craig, who was such a mine of information and answered any questions that we had. He is a lovely guy, very helpful and enthusiastic. That's what customer service is all about. Thankyou so much Craig for making our purchase easy

How shopping should be.
Needed new walking trousers but having dropped my glasses off at the opticians for repair I was unable to read the labels on the garments. HARRIET was super helpful, helping me find trousers and waiting while I used the changing rooms.
Harriet was helpful, cheerful, smiled, tentative and showed enthusiasm in her role. Credit to Go outdoors.

I went to the counter to renew my membership. Millie was most helpful. I chose myself some high end Merrell hiking boots, the shoe assistant despite having quite a few customers was most attentive. Back to Millie on checkout made the buying experience a good one. Thank you Go Outdoors.

Every member of staff I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful. We managed to get everything we went in for (hiking gear), and more. Kat served us at the till and similarly was very engaging end helpful.

Found just what I needed very helpful service from Millie at the checkout

I was looking for a pair of ladies walking boots and was served by Xaina who was extremely helpful and friendly. Xaina measured my feet advised on styles and found me exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately my size was out of stock both in stores and online so wasn’t able to buy today but nevertheless a great experience and Go Outdoors Derby is my to place for all my hiking gear.

Good selection of walking shoes to try to find a good fit. Xaira as the shop assistant was very helpful and informative and reserved the shoes for me when I ran out of time before the store closed.

Service was great
Product i purchased was exactly has described

Xaina is a credit to your store.

She was extremely friendly polite and helpful today while helping me looking at different footwear options.

She took her time and nothing was too much trouble.

She was knowledgable and honest about the various brands, didn’t rush and allowed me to try different options and talk me through them. She checked your website for further options and explained how to order from there.

I really felt she went above and beyond.

Please pass on my thanks to her.

Great help and support from Millie today at the store, very knowledgeable and easily answered my questions,
