GO Outdoors - Caernarfon (Express) Arvostelua 

Given the comparable size of this store (Caernarfon Express) to its closest neighbours at Bangor and Llandudno, we were pleasantly surprised by how helpful the staff were.
Dewi was great, he offered lots of us advice on what we needed, walking boots and coats, whilst being more than able and happy to deal with multiple customers whilst solving the customer requests asked of him. A wonderful store, worth stopping in.

We visited the Caernafon Gooutdoor store earlier today. As we were looking at Fridges and cool boxes an assistant asked if we needed help. His name was Dewi. Very knowledgeable and helpful with our questions, also very polite. So much so, we did buy a coolbox. Many thanks young man.

Quality and useful little aluminium folding tables at a great offer price. Very nice size for inside and outside of the caravan, and sturdy being heavier than expected. Good click and collect service.

Mark was very helpful. We bought a camping BBQ, a portable gas range and a portable dish rack. He helped us find what we needed and was friendly, as well. I recommend this location and Mark gladly.

I wanted a pair of inexpensive walking boots and Mark was very helpful. We have recently moved from Birmingham to North Wales and he also told us about some local walks for us to try.

I forgot to take my walking boots on a recent camping holiday. I looked online for the nearest Go Outdoors store and found one not too many miles away. I travelled to the shop and found just what I was looking for. I also picked up some extra tent pegs, a sun hat and a handy waist bag whilst there. All good. The staff were helpful and even updated the address on my membership card.

The guy who came to my aid when I was looking for bigger than average sleeping bags. I think his name was Mack. I wouldn't have bought one with out his help. My first time in the store, didn't know it was there.

I bought a pair of hiking boots here and the staff were sound. I left a pair of expensive sunglasses behind me while i was in the shop trying on the boots and called the shop and Adam sent these onto me for free and wouldnt take any money off me for postage. 5 stars

Currently getting ready for Santiago de Compestela Camino. Bought all I need from this store and when I packed it into my new rucksack and tried it for size realised I had made a mistake so returned to store and the staff were very understanding and helped me choose the correct one, allowing to empty contents of my original onto shop floor and pack into potential new one.
It was perfect. Advice and guidance was very much appreciated, and I would like to thank Adam in particular for his knowledge, help and patience.
