If I could rate this company a 0 I would. I ordered 3 baskets of artificial flowers in May. They claimed they were delivered (they were not) and upon looking at the reviews that has happened to a lot of people. USPS tracking does not even work. I have disputed with PayPal as Goopatch does not return emails. The order confirmation says if you are disappointed they will return your money. Obviously that’s a lie too. They are thieves and need to be held accountable!

Goopatch claims my order was delivered , but after two and a half months, I still have not received my order. Then they send me a tracking number to give to the postal service to see where it was delivered. I think tracking my order should be their responsibility. Our postman knows us and our address , so if it was indeed delivered, I would have received it!

I ordered a hanging flowers to have them sent to my 85 year old mother for Mothers Day, what she received was 4 or 5 little stems of flowers. I was embarassed that this wonderful person received a few stems of fake flowers. I paid 25.00 and that is what she received. When I contacted this company. I was told I could get a $3.00 refund. WHAAAT??? Then I was told that it would cost me a $20.00 fee to send the few flowers back to receive a refund of $25. That is crazy, I will never order from this company again. They have no customer service, nor do they want to help you in anyway. They just want your money. Nothing but a scam.

3 months and nothing called my credit card and filed a complaint after reading the reviews it looked like this has happened to many people big scam do not order from them

This is a fraudulent company. I purchased hanging baskets and received stems. I reached out to customer service demanding a refund, but all they have sent is several placating emails. I have little hope of a refund.

So the impression I got when I found the video of the flowers online.Was that you would pull them out of the box or the bag And it would be a hanging plant. Boy, was I wrong, I got several individual fake stemmed flowers. Each one wrapped in plastic. I paid over 40 for these generic trashy fake scammed flowers. Then, if you try to get in contact with them.There is no phone number whatsoever to get in touch with them.You send an email and you're lucky if you get an email back in two days then, for the stipulations, every turning the item, you gotta send them back in the package that they came in. Well, mine was in plastic.
So how they want me to send them back? I have no idea it says it came from
Brooklyn new york, if it did, it would not take a month to get here. And there is no way to take a picture and put it on the reveal.If anyone has any ideas of how to do that, please let me know

Please do not order direct. I spent over $30 thinking I was getting this hanging basket. That is not what I got. I got 1o plastic stalk flowers in a plastic envelope. The video depicted a box delivered with a fully assembled hanging basket.

Scam big time order 7 baskets and haven’t received anything! Calling bank and it’s been a month! Thought that since it was coming from China might take a while , but now I know better !

Website shows beautiful hanging baskets. You receive plastic funeral flowers that the flowers are falling off. Advertise full refund. That is joke.

I ordered the artifical plants. They gave me a tracking number. I purchased May 5th on the 31st i started sending emails to find out where my package was. Of course it is coming from China. Ive been checking ths so called tracking number says it is in transit, till today it says it was delivered to my front desk may 26th i dont have a front desk. Please dont buy from here, its a Scam

I placed an order for 2 hanging baskets and never received them this is a scam 100%SCAM

The flowers they advertised are NOT what you receive!! I want a refund!! I have pictures to prove thry don't match!!!

Absolutely a joke now I’m fighting with my credit card co. The video shows beautiful hanging plants which I ordered three. I received seven tiny bundles of loose flowers in a USPS plastic envelope. Shipped from NY and they want me to return to China. They offered 40% discount. I just want my money back for the false advertising!

Their website needs shut down ASAP!!! Product does not even come close to looking like the pictures they advertise! Do not buy from this company. And someone needs to shut them down NOW!!!
These beautiful hanging flowers that are suppose to come in a basket, I ordered 3 of them and all I got was flowers on a stick similar to dollar store flowers.. It was over $54.00. Their post has over 2K comments but only 10 comments you can see, all praising their beautiful flowered baskets... such a rip off!! Lesson learned!

Not as advertised. No hanging baskets assembled to just pull out of the Box. Just a bunch of stemmed flowers in plastic. Do not respond if you ask to return. I had to file a claim w Paypal to get my money back
Still waiting. Taught me a lesson to read reviews first

THIEVES! Do not order from this scam company!

Scam..... fraud.....misleading.....I ordered 2 hanging baskets of real-looking flowers but received a bunch of fake-looking stems. The website says refund if not satisfied, so i requested a refund. They tried to negotiate the refund at 20%, then at 40%. I wish I had researched them before I ordered, but that's my loss and hopefully not yours. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

All you get are some stems. Yes the flowers are vivid but nothing like in the ad. Beware you will not get what is shown on the site. Dont waste your money

Ordered 2 ganging plants as advertised. They were supposed to arrive in box and just take out and hang. Not at all what I got. Got 10 stems with a few flowers on each stem. Tried to get complete refund. They keep saying keep flowers get 20% refund and have gone to 40%. Won't pay for return shipping even tho its not what ai ordered. Total rip off. Do not get sucked it.
