I just realized that i had placed several orders back in April 2024, after I came across an email from my coworker, who had sent me the information about the company. Ordered several plants which i never received. Looked up the website...a scam.

They go by different names. House plant Store is another one they use. I was scammed out of $49,99. Like another one on here said they send tracking information and it’s all a lie. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Saw a legitimate looking ad on Facebook and ordered $40ish worth of plants, months later on nothing, no email, no tracking nothing

Do NOT order from "Goodmaterials".
They will send you tracking details and waybill details, no USPS number and send you on a wild goose chase.

Shouldn't even get a one star but I was scammed, along with my friend. Sad part it was advertised on social media. They make it seem really legit. They've responded to my emails however, post office confirmed the tracking info is not valid and fraudulent. Avoid at all cost and if like me, and too late, request credit card to dispute charge.

This store has a link on Facebook it is totally fraudulent.

0 stars, yes its fraud AND my credit card recieved fraud charges on the same day... I dont think that was a coincedence.

Product never arrived, they said I need to go talk to post office with a chinese tracking number...which was useless complete scam...

Order never arrived. Ordered in January, Order tracking shows is shipped from china and remained entirely in china for marcha. Now updated its delivered at address on March 3rd. Bogus and fraudulent seller.

Do not order from this company. They are a scam.!!!! I never received my plants. Saying it’s delivered and I never got anything and you can’t get a hold of anyone and I can’t get into my account anymore. Do not order from them.

FRAUD SCAM DO NOT BUY

This company sounds like linteye.com. Same claims of plant store closing and same lies claiming delivery was made and they have a tracking number for a bogus website that is designed to look like the real website except you can’t track anything. If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is!

This is a big rip off. I spent almost $150 1 1/2 months ago and have yet to receive a single plant. They promise 7-12 days, more like never. I sent many messages they just tell me they are on the way. Don't waste your money.

DO NOT ORDER!! This is a complete scam and after further investigation, they have done this several times. They change business names when everyone figures out it was a scam but STILL USE THE SAME MARKETING MATERIAL. The previous website they used, they actually were sending stupid ear buds and not plants. Cancel your card, file a dispute. They are disgusting

this company is a FRAUD! we work hard for our money and for anyone including this company to be allowed to scam people is a crime... working hard to get them shut down and banned on social media. they create fake tracking numbers and delievry notices and refuse to give back the money you pay.

Actually it's a negative star. Definitely a scam. 40 days after my order, says it was delivered and never received my package. DONOT ORDER FROM HERE

I had a feeling that’s by I came here to see what everyone had to say. I also got got on the fake macys for a cute piece of furniture …anyways. I got my money back from my bank. I learned my lesson from that so I’m glad it happened I’m more aware now! Sorry guys I feel your pain!

Well, I ordered plants back on February 18. They took the money out of my account sent me a email saying plants were delivered well now I’ve been going back-and-forth with people trying to figure out where my plants were delivered to very. big scam.

I saw store closing and I got so excited because I love plants. Filled my cart and I was at $138.55 but when I went to check out it said $10,118.24. I was like what the heck. Ivv bc was putting no card info in until I saw the price of $138.55. So I decided to to google the company and found it to be a scam,Dang, but I am grateful to not have lost my money

same as all he others...paid out, received delivery notice but no delivery...wish I had looked this site up first
