Pest control is not effective for cockroaches no following up on the service

Worst experience there was followup I got appointment for 31st 11am when they didn't appear I call them they had no information about it and the lady was so rude.

They replied to my review that they will get back a months back. And still not a single contact from them. .just for same of writing they wrote it . Beware of these type of services .

Avoid at all costs! The cockroaches increased after they did the service!
And after following up many times, they promised they will come but they did not!
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

This channel is scamming. They just create a virtual vip group and then make u register to join. Don’t lose your money. Rubbish group :)

Worst customer service ever. Got my flat treated for cockroach and bedbugs.cockroach didn't disappear even after 20 days, called them again for repeated service and they made me wait for 4 hour from the appointment time saying that the team is 15 mins away.lost entire work day for their INCOMPETENCE. Better look for more reliable company who doesn’t cheat customers.

Contacted Golden Falcon pest control for a bed bugs situation.
Result was even 4th visit didn’t do the trick, i ended up having pest control every 2 weeks and no result, had to sell the infested sofa cuz it was infesting my whole house. They never come on time.
I don’t advise to hire them.

Its not paying, after two days successful payouts, ths third day withdraw to my PM account is missing, there webpage takes hours to get log in, they are scammers, dont invest plz.

Terrible. Disrespectful and ineffective

Worst service we have ever experienced. On our first appointment they arrived 90 minutes late. A few weeks later we needed to schedule a follow up visit (which was included in the price that we have initially paid), and we tried to do schedule twice and both times they didn't turn up even upto an hour of our appointment time, so we cancelled them both times since we couldn't wait for them anymore as we had to go out. We decided to give them one last try this week. 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, they called and said they were going to be late again. We called the office, and got the number of their so-called "supervisor" Abdul. When we called Abdul, he was extremely rude and didn't think there was anything wrong with his people being 30-60 minutes late for scheduled appointments. He said thats it normal in Dubai to be late because of traffic and said he doesnt have an airplane to come on time! In the end he asked me what we wanted to do and we told him to cancel and he hung up on me!! I have never spoken to such a rude person in my life. . Its been 2 days since I asked for the manager/owner of the company to call me so I could complain about their service but he still has not called me. Please don't use this company as they have the worst customer and after-sales service.

Excellent work...... Excellent team.... I had to much cockroaches problem in my flat. I check with most of companies approved from Dubai municipality but no use. But Golden falcon pest control they control my problem in only one visit. I highly recommend for all who want good work. I am fully happy with this company. And the customer care also called me for feed back.

Worst ever customer service. The reps are extremely rude and the service is bad beyond any comparison. Within a week, cockroaches doubled up and when we called to follow up, the customer service was a nightmare. I have already lodged a complain with the Dubai Consumer Forum. Word of caution to everyone, DO NOT BOOK THEM FOR THEIR SERVICES. I am regretting and so will anyone who is getting pest control from them.

Never ever going to deal with them again. Extremely unprofessional. Please do not waste your time and money they are just useless
