My voucher was not emailed for some reason and this was disappointing because it was going to be a Christmas gift. I got in touch with golden moments and Natalia helped me again by making a voucher on fancy paper and sent it to my address which was received in plenty of time before Christmas! I bought a luxury train experience for my partner’s birthday and had several questions and queries, and Darren was more than accommodating in answering all of them. He even sent out a personalised voucher prior to the tickets arriving so I could present something to my partner for his birthday. Afternoon Tea
