I ordered a dress (#2541131) on February 12, 2025.
It has been over 14 months and I never received the item.

The order was marked as “shipped”, but no tracking number was ever provided.
Customer service stopped responding after their initial reply.

This is not a delay, the product was never delivered.

Bought a dress over 4 weeks ago, did receive a confirmation email but that’s all I’ve had from them. No dress received and I’ve contacted them by email 3 times and had no reply from them. This is a SCAM website - DO NOT buy anything from here.

J’ai eu une super expérience chez Auchan grâce au stand de boucleurs. Nancy, qui vient d’Amiens, m’a fait une démonstration complète et honnêtement j’ai adoré.
Elle m’a coiffée toute la tête avec le boucleur en seulement 15 à 20 minutes, alors que d’habitude je mets presque 3 heures pour faire mes boucles ! Le résultat était juste magnifique.

Nancy est une personne très gentille, souriante, professionnelle et vraiment adorable. Elle met tout de suite à l’aise et explique très bien le produit.
Le boucleur est exceptionnel, facile à utiliser et super efficace, au point que je l’ai acheté sans hésiter.

Merci encore à Nancy pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme, je recommande à 100 % ce produit et cette expérience

If I could give zero star I would. It’s a total SCAM. Took my money & never delivered the dress. They don’t respond to emails either. Scam.

It would be 0 stars if I could.
No tracking information plus you only receive automated responses to emails and no follow up by staff.
Avoid this company!

I’m happy with my latest order as the dresses and bikini are the same quality and arrived in just under 3 weeks. I honestly don’t understand the 1-star reviews because I’ve ordered a few times now and it’s always been a good experience.

Realicé un pedido el 19 de mayo de 2025 y todavía a día 13 de agosto 25 NO lo he recibido. He contactado con Goldengirlglobal varias veces y no he obtenido ninguna respuesta. ¿Es una estafa? Espero que corrijáis el error y me envieis el vestido.

J’ai passé une commande, j’ai été débité immédiatement, mais je n’ai jamais reçu mon colis.
J’ai essayé de les contacter par mail et via tous leurs réseaux sociaux.
Ils ne répondent pas, ne remboursent pas, c’est clairement une arnaque.

I made an order in may, I have messaged them and still no reply and no package, this my first ordering clothes online and my first experience, never again will I do this.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY SCAMMED ME! I was supposed to get a dress for my birthday ! Paid almost $100 to not hear back for months !!!! Multiple emails , instagram messages, TikTok messages and no response!!!! I’m truly sad because it was so beautiful.

Ordered a dress, was told delivery was delayed - then updated to say it would be shipped in 2 days. After this I didn’t hear anything, emailed a week later asking for an update and now I’m 5 emails deep and 3 months down the line with no reply and no dress still. Do not order!
