Caledonian Canal
The ship, Lord of the Glen, was spectacular. All the excursions were well done. Our tour directors were amazing, going above and beyond when a broken bridge altered our itinerary.

Blessed to be in Scotland!
Alan and Fiona were outstanding with our group. Together the two of them took great care to ensure everyone's enjoyment of the trip and our safety. I felt they really cared for each us on the trip. Alan was especially entertaining.
Additionally the crew aboard The Lord of The Glens ship were absolutely amazing. All amenities were handled flawlessly and each member of the crew I interacted with were very kind. I would like to especially mention Currien(bartender) and Sondra(hotel management), they were a joy to be around and were very much on top of it, professional but still a lot of fun.
Additional, I enjoyed our tour guides throughout the experience. Scotland is an amazing place, and I feel very blessed to have experienced it and blessed to have experienced it with Gohagan's people. Thank you.

Unfortunately, sometimes travel can be unpredictable. We do apologize for the unexpected changes to this program and we thank you for staying on when adjustments needed to be made early on. While we know it is always disappointing when an excursion changes, we were pleased to be able to offer an alternative visit to Oban, and we're happy that many guests enjoyed the unexpected opportunity to explore that charming harbor town. We worked with the cruise line and our local partners to make the best of an unanticipated situation. We also offered you and your fellow passengers a travel credit to make amends for any disappointment. We sincerely hope you will use your travel credit and we are able to welcome you on another program!

I’m very happy with the tour design and customer care. The tour guides on our trip were exceptional— well-informed, gracious to all, and equipped to make decisions or revisions in the moment. I truly feel they took care of all of us & created harmony and good feeling amongst a diverse group of travelers.

Everything was lovely except the gangway was difficult because of the rounded steps and it was slightly unstable. Also would have been nice to have a variety of entertainment rather than the same duo every night.

The team did a very good job
The team did a very good job. Evening reports could have had a bit more information... perhaps some specifics on what we would be seeing the next day or so. Team members were helpful, but seemed to mostly be directing traffic. I didn't really "hear from them" unless I asked a question. Local guides were helpful and did a very good job. No major glitches to report from us. Thank you for an enjoyable tour!

Baltic Sea
The Gohagan company had everything organized to the max. The excursions were great. The ease of travel and the check in were smooth. The group of directors seemed to be well integrated with each other. There was plenty of entertainment and down time as desired.
The crew on board were also awesome. The variety of foods was incredible. The service of gohagan directors and atlas crew was amazing.
As far as the entire experience, we would not change a thing. Looking forward to our next trip with you all!
