Always had a good experience
I have used GoGetters on several occasions. Their system is easy to use and keeps you updated as to your order status. The order history makes it easy to re-order, if you wish. The restaurant selection is very good for my town.

Takes almost double the estimated time every time you order and the so called chat service well, you’ll be lucky to speak to someone before your order arrives. Such a shame they are the online service that deliver from my fav place.

We appreciate your feedback, and apologise that your expectations were not met. For transparency, I would like to expand on the points raised.
The store that you order from is incredibly busy and popular and sometimes that means that orders are delayed. I can see from your order history that out of 9 orders placed only one was longer than the estimated time, and we compensated you for the delay.
Our live chat has also responded to you within 2-3 mins each time you have come through to us.

Very helpful customer service
Very helpful customer service. problems are sorted out usually very quickly. Driver kept us informed of order progress. Food arrived- hot and tasty. I like that it's local and the drivers are being paid properly.

Highly recommend
I've used GoGetters a number of times now, it's local so I love supporting local services and they include lots of local shops.
The drivers are always friendly and I've always experienced quick delivery, allowing for how busy the shops are.
I recommend GoGetters to everyone, it's great to support local services, the app is easy to use and there's always plenty of choice. A great service that I use every week.

Good Restaurants and a Wide Selection
Always seems to have the best restaurants where I live, many that aren't on any other platforms. I personally look forward to seeing them expand to other parts of the country.

Brilliant service would definitely use again
Ordered on a wet, miserable Friday (the 13th!) night expecting everyone would be ordering in so likely a big delay or some kind of problem. Really pleased to report all went swimmingly, really easy to use, food was delicious and would definitely use again.

They took an hour to get my order to the restaurant.
Ordered for the first time from them at 19.09 and noticed the tracking wasn’t showing at preparing food. I rang the restaurant at 20.00 and they hadn’t received the order. Messaged go getters on the live chat and they told me the order was received by the restaurant and being prepared. It then took another hour and 10 to get my food! So after a 2+ hour wait, my food came with the receipt which clearly stated the restaurant hadn’t received the order until 20.07! What did they use, carrier pigeon?
Never again! I shall stick to my normal food delivery companies going forward, absolute shambles.

I have reached out to you via email today, but for the purpose of full transparency, I will reiterate here.
Firstly, we can only apologise for the delay in you receiving your order. It is not our usual level of service, and is not acceptable.
On busier evenings we may not always deliver within the original estimated time window, and there should have been communication with you around this, and there wasn't.
We will revisit the protocols that should have been in place around communication , to find out what we missed.

Not sure they can improve, they have had a number of bad reviews lately for bad service. found them too be rude and not very helpful, will not be using them again and advise others to give them a miss, lucky to get one star.

Ordered through go getters and they kept me updated with the order I made and even gave me a refund when I gave feedback on a order I had made where the chips were a little raw and I have never had that on just eat or Uber eats so I was well impressed and the delivery driver was so polite I would recommend ordering from go getters as I will use them again

Order was wrong, absolutely no way to contact them or the restaurant. Tried going through web chat multiple times and it just doesn't work.

Wasted 40 minutes speaking to gogetters on live chat! In short they advertised delivery from 5.10 then changed delivery to 7pm! They lied and said i chose this time before admitting it was the restaurant and their delivery policy. Total waste of 40 mouths whilst starving!

Looking into this further it would appear that the restaurant,does indeed offer pre-booked time slots for delivery. They are incredibly busy at weekends, so this slot allocation allows them to prepare your food and have it ready for delivery within a realistic time scale.
You placed your order based on a delivery time for the town you live in, but the restaurant displays time slots that are chosen at the point of order, and it has a Pre-Order message on the menu.
We refunded you and cancelled your order as soon as you came through to our live chat 20 minutes after you ordered.
We will look at how the time slots are advertised to customers and how we can make this clearer going forward.
We appreciate all feedback, so thank you for taking the time to leave this review.
