Absolute trash. Buy a game... then it never lets you install it or at least not consistently. I'm going to just buy the game again on STEAM and never bother with another gaming platform again.

Buggy piece of software. Does not recognise that I am already connected to the internet. Browsing is a total chore when it loses your position between tabs.

Not supporting Linux so I need Windows installed. Due to some reason it supports Mac OS.

tengo muchos años comprando en steam, pero desde hace dos meses quise probar gog por el asunto de que cuando compras un videojuego, compras el videojuego, no compras únicamente la licencia como ocurre en steam. Sin embargo, nunca, en todos estos años he tenido algún problema para jugar algún juego en steam, NO HE TENIDO NINGUN PROBLEMA CON NINGUN JUEGO EN STEAM... pero en éstos dos meses que probé GOG, he instalado 3 juegos, y en el tercero (Rogue trader) tiene unos problemas brutales para sincronizar la partida con la nube, y se cierra la plataforma automáticamente al correr el juego...les he perdonado que no tengan controladores para utilizar mandos, pero nadie en GOG me ha dado solución al problema del videojuego y es cansado... estoy pensando en volver a comprar el juego en steam para alejarme de GOG definitivamente.

Ils ont des serveur tellement nul que ma vitesse de téléchargement se limite a 20MO/s sachant que par exemple sur Steam je suis entre 600 et 800MO/s

Repairing files wont work which prevent me from playing anything just an awful platform

My payment is deducted and i am not getting any game. not any suppor from the app side. if your payment is deducted then we will refund or we can help out for installing continusly shows the payment deduct button and there is no option for the installation.

My number one problem with steam is that it HAS to boot up if i wanna play a game and its super annoying GOG has to aswell. Navigation feels super confusing, i just wanna immediately see the games i own on gog i dont wannna manage my collection cause oops it boots up steam too now so what';s the point.
Then trying to search for games is a pain. I have to click store, scroll all the way down and click explore and now i can hit that search bar and not the search icon on the left which brings me to a game that isnt on the store, why?

Ever since windows brought out the new 24H2 update gog galaxy has issues launching, and 8 times out of 10 fails and gives a pop up to report the issue. I've contacted gog but they adamant that's it's not the launcher and it's my own personal system, however this is not true because before the Windows update, it used to work fine and no games failed to start but since the update it really struggles. I have gone through the process of what got has asked but it's still the same. I've even updated from 23H2 to 24H2 and also installed a brand new M.2 drive with 24H2 on but the issue is still there. So needless to say that gog needs to update their launcher in order for it to function properly. I know I can launch any game of that's on their launcher via the EXE file but it's a faff going through directory inorder to launch a game.

Please sort it out gog

Don't bother both their site and app are horrendous. trying to redeem simple codes on there website from twitch just consta errors, then the site crashes, then i try redeem trough the gog galaxy app and it either constat loads or just errors, wtf.

Never had bad experience. Great promos sometimes!

Frequently fails to connect to the server which then means you can't play any game, even though you've downloaded it.

Wrost Gaming App ever; i purchased cyberpunk back in the day and it never added to my library. the website think i dont own it and now cant buy the Phantom Liberty. I have opened tickets and went back and forth with the support for a long time to no avail. Im never coming back to the buggy GOG website again.

DRM free hey, hey, hey. NIce selection of new and retro games. The Galaxy client has a few more bell and whistles than say Orgin, Ubisoft, Xbox. They could do with pre-payment card/vouchers like the other major PC/Console clients though. Hence the four not five stars.
