Their selection is great, the prices are competitive, but most of all the speed of their order fulfillment and shipping is superior. And their team (Tyler Hirsch ..and others, sorry I forget names) has helped me with some complex shipping situations as we send gear to various parts of the world. Shortly after I submitted my order for a new camera, Go Electronic contacted me to inform me that my item was on backorder. As soon as it was back in stock (which was less than a week), I received an email notification that my camera had shipped. They upgraded my shipping to next day for free. I needed a controller for several Sony EVI cameras. I tried the RCC1000. It worked right out of the box. I've been happy with the way it works. Also, the control cables were priced reasonably.
