Although this accommodation was more…
Although this accommodation was more expensive, we chose it through the agency because we were told that it offered higher-quality services. However, when we requested that my daughter’s room be cleaned, we were informed that, since she had only been staying for three weeks, housekeeping would be available only for an additional fee. We were told that complimentary cleaning is provided only for longer stays.
From a hygiene perspective, expecting someone to stay in the same room for three weeks without cleaning is unacceptable. Furthermore, we were never informed in advance that an extra charge would apply for room cleaning, which left us feeling misled and inconvenienced.
I recommend taking this information into consideration before choosing this accommodation.
