Baltic Amber Jewellery & Teething Products Arvostelua 90

Have bought a few baby necklaces from this site, two of which have broken leaving solitary beads for baby to swallow. Reported this to goAmber and they said goamber only guarantee items for 90 days. Disgusting. Do NOT use this company as the Amber necklaces are to help with teaching pain. How many children finish teething in 90 days!!!!

Doesn't work, you do not get a certificate to show genuine so not sure if it is legit.

Absolutely APPALLING product which broke within days of wearing customer services HA there is NO customer services NO REFUND NO REPLACEMENT just endless emails requesting pictures and order numbers which were sent repeatedly registered complaint with trading standards and fraud watch as my bank covered the costs

I'd give no stars if it was an option! Do not order from this company. Ordered an amber teething bracelet for my nephew on 9th December as part of his Christmas. It never arrived so I asked for a refund. They told me they would send another one instead, however this was useless as it was past Christmas. I'm still waiting on the bracelet and it's now the 12th February. I've asked for a refund again 2 weeks ago and still not had a reply! Scammers, waste of time and money.

Ordered in 22nd of December and no item has arrived!! I have emailed and messaged on social media again no response!! Terrible company and have stole my money as well as leaving my daughter without as I was waiting for this to arrive before I ordered from a legitimate company!!

Absolutely disgusted with this company! Ordered a necklace and bracelet set for my daughter on the 18th December still have not received this! Have sent several emails and contacted them
On Facebook and still not any closer to getting my money back! Never will I use them or recommend them again.

I ordered an anklet from GoAmber a few months ago. First of all this took ages to arrive. I recommended them to a friend who received her anklet ages before I received mine though I'd ordered nearly a week before she did.
Once it arrived, it didn't take very long for it to break. All it took was my baby pulling at it and it broke. Contacted them and they asked to supply a photo which I did. I them received an email saying due to whatever, they are unable to give a replacement. Never buy from them. The prices of the products don't match the actual product. Go to Honey amber. Lovely lady, great personality and if anything happened, they will give a replacement (so am told by my friend who uese them)

Very poor quality and like other review stated no authenticity card supplied. Expensive to buy and paid extra for faster delivery but still took 3 weeks. Extremely bad customer service. Anklet broke after 3months when taking off babys sock, necklace string was starting to fray upon closer inspection so removed from baby asap. Contacted company who would not even entertain a replacement product or refund. Extremely disappointed, stay clear of this company. Just after peoples money it seems!

A RESPONSE MORE THAN 2 YEARS LATER. Obviously did not even read that they dont state you must request the certificate. SHOCKING SERVICE. Trust pilot I clearly detailed the company Go Amber below. Why has review been attached to another company Loveamber
I bought an anklet based on GoAmber gauranteeing the product was genuine and a certificate to validate authenticity was supplied. It was a gift so this aspect was important to me. It arrived without it. Upon querying this, I was told I had to request it. I went in to the order process again and nowhere could I see this aspect. No attempt to supply me with one. Asked for order number which I had already supplied on the email sent. The anklet was not of good quality either. I would not recommend this sight. All promise - no delivery. Makes you wonder why they are so reluctant to supply this authenticity card????
