GloriaFood Arvostelua

The best online ordering system I've ever seen and for a little price.
Top support also.
I can only recommend.

Great Software

I'm a web designer, and I direct all my clients looking for an online ordering system to use GloriaFood. Seriously, it is the best service out there with fantastic customer service. Two of the restaurants I manage have been using the GloriaFood platform I set up for almost two years now. The owners and I love the interface (although a mobile version of the dashboard would be wonderful). Originally, they started with the free version and slowly upgraded to all of GloriaFood's paid services -- all worth it.

Granted, there are many features missing on GloriaFood currently. However, speaking to a GloriaFood representative, all of the updates I could've ever asked for are coming Q1-Q2 of 2021 which will essentially perfect this service.

Thank you GloriaFood for everything! I'm a happy designer with extremely happy clients.

GloriaFood is by far the best online ordering system I have came across( When I say this believe me I tried everything out there including our own POS online version because I am IT pro and looking into technology constantly). I can't say enough about GloriaFood, their support is top A++, the app , promotions, everything is that any small business restaurant is missing but would like to use, however can not because of the crazy price plans, this is the solution for all of us. my wife runs the nice Indian restaurant in South Lake Tahoe due to Gloria Foods I was able to take her restaurant to new level of online era. I am seriously waiting GloriaFood would have Local POS solution as well and I would be the first one going to sign up as like 1 stop solution.

I'm very happy with all Gloriafood services. Good Job!

Been using Gloriafood's for a while now for our pizzeria - and I really do believe that they are one of the best if not the best solution on the market. They were willing to assist us in a region of the world where few of there competitors were willing to help. And there software could then do everything that we asked of it. Easy to setup menu items, variations and extras as well as add images. LOVE their campaign system. Very easy to integrate then with a website and I love the reporting and insights that they then provide thereafter. They also have an option for you to launch an app - on both apple and android. Plus their support is excellent - quick and always friendly and knowledgeable. I can highly recommend them if you want to sell your restaurants food online.

Gloria is a fantastic service. Easy to set up your restaurant with some great features. One of the best parts of Gloria is the ability to have your restaurant publish on the Apple/Google Play Store. The support team is also incredible, always there when you need them, especially Julian. Would recommend Gloria to everyone.

GloriaFood was a lifesaver this year! To help us transition into a takeout only business model last spring to be in compliance with our local Covid19 pandemic mandates we signed up with GloriaFood. Their online ordering platform is easy to set up, has great functionality, and to top it all off they have superb customer service! Highly recommended!

Muito bom a plataforma GloriaFood, conheci recentemente, estou surpreso com tantos recursos. O atendimento é muito bom, rápido e inteligente. A equipe esta de parabéns.

I needed information on loyal customer reward options. The system assigned me Marius, a very kind guy from Romania. He was with me in an instant and provided information within seconds. I really need to praise both him and the entire customer support team. Gloria food ftw.

Reliable, easy to set up and customer friendly solution.
Support team also very responsive.
